Amazing!
Amazing apartment. Everything is (or seems) brand new, beds are comfortable, the whole place is very spacious and pleasant. Less than 10 minutes by car away from Poreč beaches.
Just a small tip - it would be great to have some hooks in the bathroom and kitchen area so that the towels and rags can be hanged.

Nie wieder
Wir konnten früher einchecken. Matratzen sind bequem. Balkon zum Abendessen super. (tagsüber Baustelle)
Hund 12€ / Tag = 108€ So viel haben wir bisher noch nie bezahlt, egal welches Land. 5€ sind es meistens. In Porec waren wir schon öfter und bisher wollte niemand was für den Hund haben. Hundegebühr sollte Bar bezahlt werden. Leider hatten wir nicht genug Bargeld dabei. Wir wurden ständig deswegen angeschrieben. Ich hatte noch nie so viel Kontakt mit dem Vermieter (Tochter, die nicht vor Ort war) während dem Urlaub. Letztendlich habe ich das Geld überwiesen, was mir lieber war. Nebenan und gegenüber wird gebaut. Zum Glück waren wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs. Aber ausschlafen war nicht. An einem Tag wurde der Strom abgestellt. Es hatte wohl was mit den Baustellen nebenan zu tun. Es war keine Stunde und wäre allgemein auch kein Problem. Leider waren wir gerade beim Kochen und hatten keine Vorwarnung. Es gibt keine Dunstabzugshaube. Den Cevapcici Geruch haben wir noch nach Tagen gerochen, obwohl wir das Fenster vollständig geöffnet hatten beim anbraten. Zum Glück haben wir die Schlafcouch in der Küche nicht gebraucht. Küche ist auch allgemein sehr sparsam ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die anderen Apartments waren auch zu später Stunde sehr laut. Die Dusche ist für mich (1,90m) viel zu eng. Die Toilette hat Probleme beim spülen. Steckdosen haben keine Kindersicherung. Die Treppe ist auch nicht kinderfreundlich. Eng, steil und das Geländer nicht durchgehend. Auch mit der Haustür hat man kaum Platz. Öffnet sich nach innen und dann kommt direkt die Treppe. Einkauf reinbringen ist da nicht so toll. Für uns würde das nicht mehr in Frage kommen. Für ein Pärchen ohne Kleinkind, Hund und hohe Ansprüche könnte es aber ganz OK sein.
