For that price it is a nice apartment, when you dont mind that everything is not new and you are OK that you will go to the sea by car (we were). Location is a bit busy by a road, but nothing unbearable.
Bad internet connection, things could be a little cleaner (fridge, bathroom). The outdoor sitting area looks nice on the photos, but in reality you face a wall of a flat, where the owners live a huge part of the day.
