We had a wonderful holiday here. Very nice and comfortable apartment, clean and spacious, very well equipped. It's located in a small quiet village, nice area, close to Porec. The host is very nice and helpful.

Nice apartment, lovely host would stay again if fans were added to sleeping areas

The apartment was very nice and clean. Host was very helpful. You pay on arrival and host will take Kuna or Euro which was great for us. We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of space. No problems with parking outside the property. We had our car and felt everything was close to the apartment, beaches, waterpark, supermarket, fuel stations etc. The aircon unit in the front room was great in 36 degree heat.

I would suggest the host provides fans for the sleeping areas. It gets very hot in the bedrooms and it can be uncomftable to sleep. The host likes the aircon switched off during the night but even if it stayed on all night the bedrooms would still be uncomftably hot in summer months as the aircon unit is only in the living area.

Nice apartment with a friendly host

Very nice apartment. The host, Nives, is very friendly with great communication skills. The apartment is very clean with modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen (water boiler, fridge, freezer, plates, etc.). The apartment for 6 persons have two bathrooms. The place is on a small hill, approximately 3,5 km from Porec center. I can really recommend the place.

I gestori sono davvero gentili e disponibili, parlano Italiano, la struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, pulizia riscontrata al nostro arrivo eccellente ed è a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Parenzo e dalle spiagge limitrofe.

Praktisch, bequem, erholsam - für uns die fast perfekte Unterkunft für 10 Tage Porec.

Sofern man selbst Mobil ist, ist die Lage hervorragend - nur geringer Anwohnerverkehr, keine Durchgangsstrasse - also angenehm ruhig. Wir hatten die Whg. im 1. Stock mit 2 Dach-Schlafzimmern; die werden ordentlich warm. Die Aircondition in der Küche/Wohnraum vermag oben nicht zu kühlen. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung sauber und zweckmässig, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Abende verbrachten wir auf der Terrasse auf der Rückseite mit Blick in den Laubwald und Vogelgezwitscher, wunderbar ! Danke auch an Nives und ihren Partner, Ihr seid sehr angenehme Vermieter.

Nichts, für uns hat alle gepasst.
