Disapointing.
Nice country region and view. Friendly staff.
The property was not looked after. Very old, uncomfortable and skweeky beds. The owners were next doors smoking and it was very strong odor. Pool was not looked after. Broken chairs and umbrellas and lots of dog poo around. During the night was ongoing noice from neigbours dogs.

the location is beautiful and there is a swimming pool
access to the property was bumpy and a car with low center of mass may break something . doors to the rooms were very old-fashion and you need high skills to open the doors. owner was not there most of the time and was difficult even to leave the property to open the gates, if you check-out earlier .

Lovely Tuscan countryside. Hosts were pleasant and helpful.
Our room was over a smoking area used by the hosts and as we are non smokers the smell was disgusting for us. The insect screens were full over holes and we were badly bitten by mosquitoes during the night and interrupted sleep due to constant buzzing of mosquitoes. We were not able to get into the property for some time due to a locked gate and unresponsive hosts. It should be made clear that the hosts do not speak English.

Nel silenzio della natura questa è un'oasi di pace. La strada per arrivare è in parte bracciata e impervia ma la quiete che si prova una volta arrivati ripaga il tragitto. La casa è davvero molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari per il soggiorno. La piscina è una coccola da provare.
Avevamo dei vantaggi Genius che non sono stati applicati, in particolare 2 bottiglie (vino e champagne). Consiglio di essere più attenti in questo dettagli. Da sistemare gli interruttori della camera da letto.
