This splendid example of 18th-century Tuscan rural architecture, named after Granduca Leopoldo di Lorena, has been recently restored with a focus on sustainability, featuring a photovoltaic system for energy independence. Modern furnishings enhance the villa's elegance while preserving its authentic charm. The ground floor includes a spacious living room with a stone fireplace and satellite TV, a magnificent dining room for up to 16 people, and a modern kitchen with a central island. It also has a double bedroom with a private bathroom, another bathroom with a shower, and a laundry area. The first floor, accessible via internal and external staircases, has two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus a double and a triple bedroom sharing a full bathroom with a shower. The Torre colombaia offers a romantic double bedroom with a private bathroom, while a triple bedroom with a bathroom is located in a charming stone annex. The expansive garden features a barbecue area with an oven and grills, a gazebo for al fresco dining, and a pool with a solarium and sunbeds accessible via a lovely staircase or grassy ramp.
