THE VIEW! The view from the balcony went above and beyond my expectations. The balcony was quite large with a couple of tables and chairs to relax and I absolutely loved waking up to the sunset with such amazing view every day. You also get VIP view of the fireworks from the Hilton on Friday nights- spectacular!
The studio had everything you need as it far as utensils, plates, stove, refrigerator, etc. They didn't provide condiments but that's no big deal as you can purchase them at a local store. The bed was comfortable, the studio was spacious, clean and had a large closet. There's a pull-out bed for a third person but I would say it's comfortable enough for 2 people, We were within walking distance of shops and restaurants as well as the marina where many of the boat tours depart from and a parking garage down the street.
I would plan to stay here again next time I visit Waikiki!! I would give it a 10/10!
I really enjoyed everything about the stay but there were a few small things to note.
An email is sent the week of your arrival with a key code to enter the property so you don't need to check-in at a counter or get keys from the front desk. That was convenient, except we arrived on a Saturday and their offices are only open M-F. We had a few questions upon our arrival, they provide an emergency phone number but since our questions weren't an emergency we didn't have anyone to answer them. It would just be nice if they had someone on stand-by during the weekend for that reason.
You can request cleaning service but there's a fee. You are also asked to take out all of the trash before your departure, wash any dishes used and put them away. I haven't had to do that at any other places I've stayed, I feel that's something that property owners who list their rentals through airbnb.com request people to do. My mom and I are clean so we didn't mind doing it but I don't think it should be required. Taking out the trash should be something they take care of after a guest leaves and they clean the property.
One last thing, the elevators started breaking down towards the end of our stay. Maybe because of the busy holidays and because the hotel is one of the older hotels in Waikiki (still beautiful). The day we left there were only 2 elevators out of the six (6) working so it took us a while to take one that wasn't full.
Again, nothing major that would change my mind about staying here again, but to keep in mind.

The position was amazing. The bed was really comfy and the kitchen utensils, plates etc were great. Extra towels, tissues and toilet paper was good.
The condo itself needs refreshing as it is looking very tired. Walls, wood trimming all need a good coat of paint and the tiles, shower and floors need a really good clean.

Location was fantastic, walking distance to main Aloa Moana shopping complex and Waikiki beach. Also Waikiki Trolley service stops out front of the complex .
Apartment had a fantastic view especially for the Friday night fireworks .
Apartment was perfect for our 8 day stay and having the kitchen made it so much better , definitely value for money
