The view, the size of the apartment, that idea that the room was inside a hotel, the huge balcony, the huge bed, great location! beautiful apartment, when we got inside we definitely felt like we're in a vacation
the kitchen was small, without ice machine, the shower flood wasn't the best, missing stuff in the kitchen like- Spices of different kinds. and least think I liked was the valley which cost 28$ each night if you have a car.

I think the problem was through Booking.com. I never received any instructions about checking in. Luckily I found the on-site management office and they printed the email I should have received with door code and other instructions. Great stay and loved the room. I have stayed at the Ilikai hotel many times and as always staff were very helpful and friendly. And On-site management people were very kind and got me the info I needed immediately. Thank goodness they were still open!
