Location was good in terms of proximity. Staff esp. Mr, Sharma was very polite and co operative.

location was convenient to all major spots in the pink city. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. (no buffet service, but ala carte was fast)

Basic Hotel in a noisy street

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff was especially very nice and helpful and assisted with tour arrangements. The driver designed a private and individual tour for us and was available for other transfer requests as well which we really enjoyed.

The room was very noisy as it was on a very busy street and the windows were badly insulated. Hot water in the bathroom was only available 15min after pressing a switch and then only for 5min. There also was no heating available in the room which was then getting very cold in the night.The breakfast served were the same two options every day and even though there was a menu posted in the room the staff wouldn't or couldn't do it and would still serve the same.

Friendly staff, room was spacious, clean and quiet. Hot water was more than adequate. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. My motorbike was safe parked outside. Breakfast was good value.

The hotel is located close to the market and not far from Hawa Mahal. The room was very nice—clean and spacious. We booked the hotel breakfast, and it was delicious. The staff took great care of us and were very helpful, especially Mr. Suresh, who recommended places to visit in the city and also arranged transportation to the airport for us.

Property is Miss guiding the customer with unrealistic inputs about the property , It is located where no taxi or car can reach too narrow and too filthy streets . Even Ola or uber or call cabs are not providing services .

Wonderful

Juned was very nice and very professional and helpful in pandya niwas The (pandya niwas ) has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay!I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable.

I had an exceptional experience at Pandya Niwas in Jaipur. From the moment I arrived, the staff—Suresh ji —were genuinely welcoming and went beyond expectations, assisting me withSightseeing . The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with crisp linens and a comfortable bed. The in-room facilities like AC, TV, fridge, and hot water worked seamlessly. Located right in the heart of the old city, it’s just minutes away from Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Jantar Mantar—perfect for slow leisurely walks through Jaipur’s heritage. Breakfast was decent and freshly cooked (though limited in variety), and the manageable price made this an excellent value stay. But for solo travelers or couples or families seeking authentic charm with clean, comfortable rooms and outstanding hospitality—Pandya Niwas is a standout choice. —this would reflect the tone and content consistent with high praise found in multiple actual guest reviews.

No lights in one of the toilets, holes in linen, dirty sheets, ants with antholes near the bed, worms next to the toilet seat, no staff at reception most of the time, no one to pick up the call, and unwelcoming staff

Get what you pay rot

You get what you pay for here. The rooms were clean enough but in need of a renovation. Staff are forendly. Hotel is a 2* at best, but for the price you can hardly complain. Good location for attractions but not the nicest of streets. There is a shop at the bottom of the street selling samosa and pakoras you have to try

Basic breakfast was missing a things that were supposed to be included e.g hashbrowns. Ended up worh just eggs and toast, which was tasty, room was pretty dated and in need of a decent makeover. The only thing that was really off-putting was that there was a hole in the wall from the plug socket that went though to the adjacent room. Lucky nobody was in there spying through. Location is good but the street is pretty dirty

Good value for money. Located outside main touristy area around Hawa Mahal and easy to find. Staff were not super friendly but more than happy to help when we asked.

Room is old and tired, water damage on the wall. The pictures here are deceptive not representative of the actual room condition. Room is dusty and doesnt feel clean. I dont know how it gets it's rating but I say stay elsewhere.

Excellent hotel and staff

So far this is the best place we have stayed so far in India. It is a little Oasis of calm and quiet in a big city. It was clean and welcoming with decent sized rooms. The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was standard but I would recommend their vegetarian breakfast. They were simple but freshly cooked and delicious. Lots of cold drinks and bottle water available at the same prices as the shops. It was also a very easy walk to the hawah Mahal . All in all highly recommend.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

There is no food service but like others hotel this hotel have no restrictions to bring food from outside ..and the room we visit are too big and there is a separate kitchen including fridge and sink ... 1) The tariff was very reasonable. As I was travelling for work and wanted just a place to crash at night, this worked out fine. 2) Location is within the Pink City walls, giving you a chance to explore the old city if one likes heritage structures

1) Service was below par. 2) Room was not cleaned up to the mark 3) TV never worked, when we asked for a remote, the person just gave the remote and walked away without bothering to check if it works 4) They did not bother asking us if we wanted breakfast the next morning!

Staff with a heart of gold - The location is a bit iffy though

Very polite and courteous staff that went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. The included breakfast was delicious. We were allowed to use the rooftop for fun evenings with our friends every night.

The location though central is not very picturesque. There is an open sewer right at the entrance. So if you are looking for a luxury hotel, go somewhere else. If you are looking for a staff with a heart of gold and don't mind slumming it a little, definitely go to pandya niwas.
