About this villa rental
The villa is located at the entrance of the village of ORX on a garden of 2500 m2.
Close to the ocean and beaches of Hossegor Labenne Ocean Cape Breton.
Ground floor, it is ideal for a large family or two couples, 10 people, no smoking, pets are not accepted.
The house includes:
A living room of 77 m2 features an open kitchen, distributes two night areas.
This extremely bright room is surrounded by windows that give access to the south on a terrace that serves the pool, to the north on a second sheltered terrace.
The first zone night consists of a master bedroom suite (4) of 17 m2 with double glazed bay closet oriented pool, shower with separate bath room, wash basin, heated towel rail, toilet.
The second night area includes a master suite with bedroom (1) de11 M2 double bed, bay window overlooking the garden, dressing room, bathroom with shower cubicle, two basins, bath, dry towel.
Two separate bedrooms (2) 13 M2 (3) 12 M2 with wardrobes, picture windows facing pool terrace one with a double bed, the other with bed 120x90. bathroom with shower, basin, heated towel rail. The set is distributed by a corridor that has a common toilet and access bedrooms, shower room and master suite.
A room of 10.5 m2 with wardrobe, bunk beds, window to garden access on the main room.
The pool of 13 m X 4.5 m is secured by an electric shutter, the treatment is carried out with salt filtration and automatic control, that is heated by a heat pump.
Note Important:
The pool is functional the month of May to end of October outside this period it is not usable, please contact us for the date of commissioning according to the season
The terrace on the edge of the pool allows for relaxation and sunbathing.
A covered terrace houses outside toilet dedicated to the pool, a summer kitchen with a gas plancha, sink with hot and cold water points.
You have a broadband internet wifi, three televisions including one with home cinema and WiFi.
The mature garden surrounding the villa is surrounded by a conifer hedge. An area of driveway and parking allows parking several vehicles
