About this villa rental
Beautiful house in Leuca, not far from the sea (about 1km), with a large garden, located in a quiet but not isolated zone, surrounded by green olive trees among the enchanting scenery of the Mediterranean views. Ideal for groups of friends or families (including children), but also for anyone wish to spend a holiday in total relaxation. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with hot water shower and WC, dining room with kitchen. There are satellite TV (decoder of Italian pay tv “Sky”, but without smart card). All windows are equipped with mosquito-nets and shutters. Next to the main building, there is a typical outbuilding / guest house: it's a Salentina classic circular structure (built with local stones) called "pajara”, completely renovated on the inside, and consisting of a small characteristic bedroom and an adjacent bathroom. Strong points of the entire property: - the large paved garden where you can play and eat outdoors (under the porch of new construction) - three bathrooms with showers, plus additional outside shower, comfortable when you return from the sea. - terrace where you can admire a splendid view. It's also possible to rent part of the house (such as 1,2 or 3 bedrooms or only the “pajara”).

La casa è come nelle foto: comoda, ampia, ariosa, pulita, l'unica pecca sono le zanzare (tante) che la mattina e la sera non permettono di godersi la vita all'esterno. Per il resto tutto ok.

Casa immersa tra oliveti in posizione.tranquilla e incantevole,bella casa,trullo caratteristico,padroni di casa gentilissimi ,cucina poco attrezzata,manca l'aria climatizzata,è un barbecue all'altezza....però mangiarsi una pizza sul terrazzo con vista faro e mare.. sopra casa... nn è mica male

Ottima la posizione, sia nel Salento (meno caos che in altri posti) che a S. Maria nello specifico (abitazione a 500 mt dal centro abitato, in un uliveto).
Può non piacere solo se non piacciono i posti un po' isolati.
La casa in se va bene: nessun problema con i proprietari.

La ns vacanza a Santa Maria di Leuca è stata un successo, grazie anche all'accoglienza della sig.ra Anna e della sua famiglia. Eravamo due famiglie con cinque ragazzi dagli 11 anni ai 17 anni e nonostante l'assenza della wi-fi anche loro sono stati entusiasti del posto. La casa assicura la massima privacy e la vita all'aperto, è pulita e dotata dello stretto necessario. Inoltre il centro del paese è facilmente raggiungibile anche con una bella passeggiata di dieci minuti a piedi. Il luogo è arieggiato e l'unico rumore che ci ha accompagnato durante il ns. soggiorno è stato il canto delle cicale che ci dava il buongiorno il mattino e la buona notte la sera. Questa villetta è l'ideale per chi cerca un posto tranquillo e riservato.
