About this villa rental
VILLA at (800) meters from the sea, villa on one level surrounded by 2000 square meters of fenced olive grove. The villa of about 200 square meters consists of: an entrance, a large living room with kitchenette, three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms with internal shower, equipped with hot water, two large porches, one facing the pool and a room used as a laundry room with its washing machine. Outside there is a drying room, a barbecue and a comfortable staircase leading to a belvedere from where you can admire a splendid scenario of Mediterranean scrub, with centuries-old olive trees and the sea. Next to the villa, and for the exclusive use of the same, there is an annex of about 40 square meters consisting of: a kitchenette, a bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with a shower with hot water. The villa is surrounded by a large courtyard with shaded parking spaces and two covered parking spaces. Near the pool there are two outdoor showers covered in stone with hot water. Inside the villa there is a safe, two televisions, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, an excellent alarm system, and all the furnishings (pots, dishes). The 10x6 meter swimming pool, located close to the house, has a variable depth from 1 to 1.8 meters and can also be used by the little ones, thanks to a comfortable staircase that allows access.

Wunderschönes Haus mit schönem, gepflegtem Garten an ruhiger Lage. Grosse Küche mit allem Zubehör, zwei luxuriöse Badezimmer, drei geräumige Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus. Schöner, täglich gereinigter Pool.
Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und diskret.

Abweichend von der Beschreibung hat das Haupthaus nur ein Bad mit Dusche und eine Toilette. Ein weiteres Bad befindet sich vermutlich im Nebengebäude, das wir aber nicht bewohnt haben. Kompensiert wird das allerdings durch die zwei Außenduschen mit warmem Wasser und großzügigen Duschkabinen. Im Haupthaus befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer, in denen je ein Doppelbett und ein Stockbett stehen und eine große Küche mit Esstisch.
Sicht auf das Meer hat man nur von der Dachterasse. Ein Sandstrand befindet sich nicht in Lauweite, der nachste Kiesstrand ist ca. 1km entfernt.
Ansonsten ist das Haus sauber, der Garten sehr gepflegt, das Schwimmbad wird täglich gereinigt und die Lage ist ruhig.

"Splendida villa immersa nella natura ma a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro di Leuca, abbiamo soggiornato due settimane ed è stato tutto bellissimo. Pulizia impeccabile, nessun disturbo, contesto geografico magnifico, una vista eccezionale,tante attrezzature e tutte efficienti, unite alla cortesia del proprietario fanno di questa struttura una villa decisamente da affittare."
