Appartamento nuovo sopra la Conad, posizione eccezionale e arredato molto bene. La proprietà simpatica e sempre disponibile.

Niente tutto perfetto.

Struttura moderna e pulita a meno di 10 minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Otranto. Molto silenzioso e comodissimo il Conad sotto casa, dove fare la spesa quotidianamente. Molto gentilii i proprietari, ci hanno consigliato diversi locali dove fare colazione, cenare, spiagge da vedere etc. oltre a farci trovare un pacco di benvenuto di prodotti locali e lasciare a disposizione degli ospiti, gratuitamente, alcune attrezzature per il Mare quali ombrelloni, maschere, palloni etc

The location was excellent and the natural stone in the apartment was beautiful. Short walk to the beach and the old town. Having a grocery store in the building was golden! Made lunches and even dinner one night. Loved having a washing machine and a dprying rack on the balcony. .

Did not supply laundry detergent. Mattresses were not the most comfortable If you need something right away from the host, you may not get it as they don't live in the town. Our wine opener broke and they were not able to supply another one the same day.

The stay was okay overall. I liked that it was convenient to walk to the beach and only about a 15-minute walk to the old town. There was also a grocery store directly below, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, and having access to laundry was a big plus. However, the bed felt old, outdated, and uncomfortable, with a spring mattress that could use replacing. The TV was not a smart TV, and the kitchen counters were concrete-style with old stains on it, which was just okay. Overall, the apartment could benefit from some upgrades.
