About this villa rental
The sprawling ground-floor layout includes 6 units with 10 bedrooms in total:
- Unit A: bedroom 1 with a double and a single bed, bedroom 2 with a double bed (5 sleeps)
- Unit B: bedroom with a double and a single bed (3 sleeps)
- Unit C: bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedroom 2 with a double bed (4 sleeps)
- Unit D: bedroom 1 with a double and a single bed, bedroom 2 with a double and a single bed (6 sleeps)
- Unit E: bedroom 1 with a double and a single bed, bedroom 2 with a double bed (5 sleeps)
- Unit F: bedroom with a double and a single bed (3 sleeps)
Every unit has one bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Most units have a TV.
The heart of the estate is its vast, independent dining and living area — complete with multiple dining tables, armchairs, sofas, and a traditional fireplace — making it an exceptional option even during the colder seasons. The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, an ice-compartment freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a moka pot and a capsule coffee machine. Please note that one of the ovens can also be utilized as a toaster by using the grill setting. For guest comfort, the estate features a washing machine, free wifi, mosquito nets on the bedroom windows, and independent hot/cold air conditioning units inside all bedrooms.
The outdoor grounds feature a very large garden with many shaded areas. Guests can enjoy a private approx. 3×7 meter above-ground swimming pool surrounded by comfortable deck chairs and sun loungers. Outdoor amenities include a hammock and a dedicated dining setup with a charcoal barbecue. A secure outdoor perimeter runs along the property, though the surrounding boundary walls are quite low in certain sections. Ample private open-air parking for multiple vehicles is situated directly on the premises.
The surrounding area provides seamless access to the best attractions of the southern Salento peninsula. Some of the region's most beautiful sandy coastlines, including Torre San Giovanni, Gallipoli, Punta Pizzo, Punta della Suina and Baia Verde, are easily accessible within a 15-to-20-minute drive. Excellent nearby dining spots in Casarano include Ristorante Bardo (highly recommended for meat dishes) and Tonino il Pescatore (ideal for fresh seafood). Daily grocery needs are very convenient, with a Conad supermarket located a few hundred metres from the property.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €320, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1200 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,40 on 16/06/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

- We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.
- Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.
- Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.
- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
- Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
- Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
