The property is located in San Gregorio, Marina di Patù, a village that stands on a natural inlet with crystal clear waters, a few kilometers from S. Maria di Leuca, 'De finibus terrare', the extreme tip of Puglia, where the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea meet.
The house stands in a panoramic position, in the upper part of the small village of S. Gregorio, a few meters from the sea.
Spread over one floor.
There are 3 bedrooms: 3 doubles + cot in each room, (9/10 beds), 2 complete bathrooms with shower, a kitchen with access to a small terrace, large and very bright living room with access to a large terrace, complete with outdoor table and chairs, with sea view.
Possibility of two additional beds, with opening sofa. The house has every comfort, washing machine and air conditioning
The sea is accessed on foot. The beaches are free, but in the surroundings there are also equipped and with water games.

S. Gregorio is one of the last places on the Ionian coast, which bathes the western side of the Salento peninsula. It is a small village, very quiet and uncrowded, where there are two newsagents, a mini market, two bars, and two restaurants serving fresh fish. Due to its morphology, the bay on which it stands was once a natural harbor. The coast that develops in the surroundings alternates small rocky coves with stretches of fine white sand.
About 4 km south of S. Gregory, stands S. Maria di Leuca, a very lively and popular port town 15 minutes by car, you reach Gallipoli, in 30 minutes you reach Otranto, in an hour you reach Lecce where you can admire the "Lecce Baroque".

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. La maison est idéalement située proche de la côte accessible à pieds. Les belles plages de sable fin sont accessibles en une dizaine de minutes de voiture. Le village est bien achalandé : restos, pizzeria, glacier, bar supermercato...sara, la propriétaire et son mari sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Un seul regret, c'est un peu loin de toutes les grandes curiosités touristiques, Lecce, Otranto, ostuni , ... Il ne faut pas craindre de rouler un peu. Ça en vaut vraiment la peine. J'ai hâte de revenir dans la région et ce ne sera que la 5ème fois. 🏖�🏝�😍�

Das Haus ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für mehrere Parteien. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, teilweise spärlich, jedenfalls keineswegs luxuriös, es fehlen etwa Auflagen auf den Plastiksitzen, Tischtücher für den Plastiktisch, vernünftiges Geschirr / Besteck, ordentliche Weingläser und andere Dinge. Leider ist die Lage auch nicht so, wie wir erhofft hatten Doppelpunkt das Haus liegt in einer Wohnstraße und bietet nur sehr eingeschränkten Blick auf einem Teil des Meeres über das Ende der Straße. Ansonsten liegt das Anwesen in einem typischen Badeort, mit einem oder zwei vernünftigen Restaurants und begrenzten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. In jedem Fall nach Patù fahren, das lohnt den Besuch mehrfach. Autofahrer sollten aufpassen Doppelpunkt die Auffahrt zum Stellplatz ist sehr steil.
