Located in the characterful village of Saint-Rabier, 4Km from the A89, authentic house of 100m2 (not accessible to wheelchairs) with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 bunk beds), 1 shower room, 2 WCs , 1 large living room of 42 M2 with fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 2 TV, 1 terrace and garden, large tarmac courtyard, 1 covered courtyard.

In the village you will find a children's playground, a boules court, a grocery store / bar / tobacco shop and hiking departures. Many markets and shops within 10 minutes.

In the surrounding area you can enjoy numerous swimming in the pool or in the water.

All the main tourist sites of Périgord are reachable within 1 hour by car. Within a radius of 20km you will find Montignac-Lascaux, Terrasson and the gardens of the imagination, the typical villages of Fanlac and St Léon sur Vézère, the castles of Hautefort and Losse, the caves of Tourtoirac and Rouffignac ... ..

Maison de famille pleine de charme. Située au coeur d'un joli petit village. Situation géographie idéale, plein d'activités et de visite différentes (grottes, châteaux, etc) accessibles à moins d'une heure de route. Super accueil des propriétaires bienveillants et pleins de bons conseils.

Nous avons été bien accueilli par les propriétaires qui ont pris le temps - à l'arrivée de nous faire visiter et de nous remettre la documentation pour les activités aux alentours, - comme sur le départ pour recueillir nos impressions. La maison est agréable et authentique. Cuisine, terrasse et salle à manger spacieux pour nos repas familiaux.

Une charmante maison spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire ( matériels et vaisselles mis à disposition très complets). Des hôtes d'une immense amabilité, un accueil chaleureux et une communication parfaite. La terrasse est très agréable mais le jardin annoncé est plutôt un jardinet et en pente comme la cour d'ailleurs ( simplement pour prévenir les familles avec des enfants en bas âge comme les nôtres qu'il est difficile d'en profiter). Mais nous étions peu présents car la région regorge de merveilles à visiter donc cela ne nous a pas beaucoup gênés. Je recommande vivement cette location!!
