Located in the characterful village of Saint-Rabier, 4Km from the A89, authentic 120m2 house (not wheelchair accessible) with 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 bunk beds), 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs , 1 large living room of 42 M2 with fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 2 TV, 1 terrace and garden, large tarmac courtyard, 1 covered courtyard. Independent access possible for one of the bedrooms.
In the village you will find a children's playground, a boules court, a grocery store / bar / tobacco shop and hiking departures. Many markets and shops within 10 minutes.
In the surrounding area you can enjoy numerous swimming in the pool or in the water.
All the main tourist sites of Périgord are reachable within 1 hour by car. Within a radius of 20km you will find Montignac-Lascaux, Terrasson and the gardens of the imagination, the typical villages of Fanlac and St Léon sur Vézère, the castles of Hautefort and Losse, the caves of Tourtoirac and Rouffignac ... ..

La maison très accueillante, très bien équipée (rien ne manque, vraiment) et propre (c'est toujours un point d'attention pour moi et là, franchement, rien à redire). Le jardin et la terrasse sont suffisants pour que les enfants y jouent. La maison est située dans un cadre vert, agréable. Elle est relativement proche de beaucoup de points de visite. En moins d'une heure de voiture il y a plein de grottes, châteaux, jardins, villages pittoresques, canoë, .... Nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très souriants, avenants et patients (nous étions largement en retard), qui ont pris le temps de nous présenter la maison et les environs. Ils ont été disponibles tout au long du séjour et très arrangeants pour l'heure du départ. Nous pensons y revenir, nous avons passe un superbe séjour.

Très beau séjour reposant entre amis dans cette agréable maison, nous avons trouvé dans la cuisine tout ce dont nous avions besoin, ainsi que des baignades et promenades.
On autait simplement voulu pouvoir en profiter plus longtemps !

Nous avons trouvé une maison avec tout le confort au coeur d'un village du Périgord noir. Nous étions 8 en famille et cette maison nous a permis de passer un Noël totalement réussi . Tout y est jusque dans les moindres détails et l'on se sent comme chez soi 😀 en plus nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires charmants . Je recommande vivement cette maison
