We went as an extended family to celebrate our father’s 80th birthday. Even before reaching there, the staff communicated with us about our needs during the stay there and gave us all options for sightseeing. They offered off-roading Jeep rides too which we couldn’t take due to the weather. The cottages are beautifully set up along a slope and is nestled in the tea plantation. Rooms were clean and spacious though slightly old. I enjoyed the adventure of driving to the resort navigating the sharp hairpin bends. The road is cemented and in decent condition. We had breakfast and dinner at the resort and the food was excellent. Dinner needs to be preordered about 3 hours earlier and there is a good range of options. The views of the resort and the misty mountains were terrific and gave good photo opportunities. The best part of the stay though was the warmth and responsiveness of all the staff there including housekeeping and those in the dining and entertainment areas. Sibin, Abhijith and Ajeesh at the reception were exemplary in the way they explained everything to us and got us weather and opening time information of the sight seeing areas as it was raining most of the time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a quiet and scenic vacation in Vagamon

Excellent location and the view from the Balcony is beautiful. Food is made to order and the kitchen is so hygienic that we can visit the kitchen and see cooking. The food is very tasty and the price is also reasonable. WiFi facility is available in each room and the network is excellent. Power Backup is available for emergency power shutdown. The staff is very polite and friendly.

Do not forget to make your choice including the Breakfast option. Since the resort charges INR 350/- per head as additional charges it is not worth paying so much.
