Though we reached late, the staff accommodated us well also kept dinner ready for us.. Morning breakfast buffet was also good and friendly staff who were very professional and warmly welcoming... Keep it up..
The room could've been a bit more spacious for the rate..

Praveen Chetta was extremely helpful.
Food preparation needs to be improved as it took lot of time waiting . Difficult to drive to the parking lot as it’s very steep, beginners be careful

the location, service, breakfast were awesome
cleanliness is not upto the mark. the towels and blankets were untidy, even the room floor. toilets are not working properly and fans also.
