breakfast was good. Rooms were fine and clean, comfortable bed. location was reasonable to access the central parts of chiang mai.
was a bit noisy - near a busy road. some noise from nearby venues. seemed a little expensive for what it was.

This hotel was just off the main street but it was really quiet. Facilities were simple, the room was very clean and the staff are excellent 👍 lovely breakfast

The location is great — close to the Wua Lai walking street and there is a morning fresh market near by. Simple and basic accommodation yet clean. Staff were lovely and willing to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
It is on a pricier side. It is either the property location itself or the location of my room — it was very noisy at night and early morning and made it hard to have a restful sleep.
