A little bit tired but a great staff, value and location.

A cute little boutique hotel in a convenient location. The property is very simple, but you get what you pay for.

Our stay was comfortable; there is no in-house laundry but there are several few minutes away. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Location was great very close to amenities nearby.

Most overrated property in my 7 trips to Thailand. Room was supposed to be only 10 years old but it was beyond tired, it was exhausted. The balcony was inaccessible but that was Ok as it faced the bare wall of the next building. Bathroom Ok. AC good. Lady at check-in said two words “passport” and “signature “.
This is a guesthouse not a hotel and I booked for 2 nights but left after one. I understand ratings are based somewhat on value but for $10 more I moved to a 8.8 hotel which was 10x better
