Everything is good except for small comments: The 2 pillows are too flat but request for additional. No lifts but 3rd storey is still manageable n there is a luggage lift

If you are on a budget and just want a place to crash then its ok. I like my comforts and this was my first so called boutique stlye hotel. My room had dated wooden furniture and the doors were not very secure. Could be kicked down with ease. Has a balcony but its facing a messy garden and a neighbours too. The crickets in the garden would go crazy loud in the afternoon right through the night. If your a light sleeper then your in for a long night. Windows had double glazing but the balcony door did not. Just felt really old and dirty and not a hotel feel to it. Staff are only there until 10pm. The wifi was terrible in the room and no signal outside on the balcony. The plus was the shower water presure but glass would steam up due to poor ventilation. Walls were thin too so you could hear outside noise. Not sure how its been given a high rating. Not even value for money as for a few bucks more i could have stayed at better places like the Empress Hotel. The staff were nice and pleasant but were not always present. Would not recommend.
