About this villa rental
Gorgeous, new to the holiday let market and finished to a high standard this villa really does offer everything for a perfect self-catering break.
There are two lounge areas, the first is open plan with two red leather sofas, large flat screen TV with UK channels available and French doors leading out to the pool area. The kitchen is situated at the back of the lounge and has a breakfast bar seating 4 guests and everything you might need for a self-catering break including slim-line dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob and oven. There is also access to a washing machine.
Just past the kitchen is a further lounge/dining area with a huge leather corner sofa, further TV, dining area and coin operated air conditioning, there is also a sofa bed in this room for an additional guest if need be, this area also benefits from conditioning.
The villa offers two bedrooms both air conditioned, the master has a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space, patio doors to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. The second bedroom is a twin again with plenty of wardrobe space and overlooks the pool. There is a further family bathroom with walk-in shower. This villa has been adapted for an active wheelchair user and there is WiFi included in the price.
The exterior of this villa is very impressive, with a spacious and sunny feel, just outside the French doors is a further rattan seating area and the outside dining table and chairs are set under the shaded pergola. The jacuzzi is in a quiet corner of the garden, 7.5 x 3.5 meter, electrically heated pool is at the other side of the lawned garden and BBQ The pool has electric heating included in the price from November through until the end of April.
All in all a great spot for a quiet get-away and a wonderful place to make some holiday memories.

I have given the villa five stars for all aspects, we booked the property at short notice and from the outset the communications were excellent. We received the directions and villa holiday pack (due to covid restrictions). The directions were easy to follow together with the security codes etc, the pack was very informative. The villa was to a very high standard/sec, very modern with all the home comforts. There is access to satellite TV if you desire this this service on holiday. The villa was spotless, fully furnished and stocked with household items. The photographs do not do the villa justice, the space is impressive both outside and inside, with different seating areas in each. The area is very quiet there is privacy so you can relax in the tranquility. We would have no hesitation in returning to the villa if we were to visit Play Blanca in the future. This is one of the best villas we have had the pleasure using a real gem.

Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich sehr schön,
ruhige Lage in einer sicheren Anlage. Besonders genossen haben wir täglich den warmen Swimmingpool und den tollen Whirlpool. Beides wurde 2 mal wöchentlich kontrolliert.Die Matratzen in den Schlafräumen waren sehr bequem.
Einziger Wehrmutstropfen waren der Fernsehempfang und das Internet ,die oft gestört waren. Auch Geschirrspüler und Waschmachine hatten altersbedingte Probleme, haben aber die 7 Wochen durchgehalten.
Alles in allem war es sehr schön und wir wuerden wieder kommen.
Das Management des Hauses war immer erreichbar und hat sofort geholfen.

Villa très agréable, très bien placée, piscine chauffée, le jacuzzi est un bonheur. Le propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant. Nous reviendrons.

Villa pleasant building and setting. Arrived late Saturday with no entry problems. Codes for gate to development and key box of villa no problem. Discovered Sunday pool not cleaned and no net to take off debris.
Must have the noisiest double bed on the island. If you turn over during the night you do so to an orchestral accompaniment of springs and wake up your partner.
Contacted manager re pool and no BBQ tools. Told him we thought the kitchen very poorly equipped and that no cloths or mop for occasional sweep over our 10 days.
Pool cleaner arrived to give us a net for a pole that was there and some BBQ tools. I cleaned the debris from the pool.
Cleaner returned on Tuesday to do a proper clean. First since we had arrived. To come back Friday but did not. Contacted office again and he turned up on Monday. My wife and I like to use the pool and it was a main reason for hiring this villa. I did not expect to have a running battle to have it cleaned and to have to carry out most of cleaning myself.
Generally villa could be excellent if pool problem sorted and some additional simple equipment installed. Others will mention that double bed! Location - you need a car. Outside walking distance to restaurants and bars. Some very good ones a few miles away. Playa Blanca good for shopping, eating and entertainment.
