    Complaint first: the 'welcome drink' space was very lackluster. Just some hot coffee or hot tea would make it a lot more usable, especially for buisness trips. Overwise, It was a nice stay! The view, either out to the sea, or of the majestic mountains, are both lovely. The marble bathroom is wonderfully maintained, and adds class to the stay. What is most amazing is the breakfast, which you can sit until 1pm. Wether to enjoy a long chatty brunch, or to sit and work with coffee and snacks, this was a great experiment.

    入住煙波大飯店花蓮館，這次的住宿經驗讓我非常失望。我給一星，最主要的原因不是一般的服務瑕疵，而是首先遇到了我認為相當嚴重的住宿安全問題，之後早餐又接連出現服務態度、餐點標示及衛生方面的問題。 1. 除濕機大量漏水，造成嚴重滑倒及用電安全風險 晚上睡覺時，房內的除濕機不知何故漏水。早上起床時才發現，地板上已經有大量積水，水一路流到床邊，甚至已經流進床底下。 當時積水的範圍大到我連走去浴室都很困難。我在床邊踩到水時差點滑倒，幸好及時抓住床沿才沒有摔下去。 更令人擔心的是，除濕機的電線也浸在積水中。我發現後第一件事就是立刻將插頭拔掉。 因為地上的水實在太多，我只好拿房間裡所有可以用的乾毛巾鋪在地上吸水，最後這些毛巾全部都吸到濕透，才勉強把積水處理掉。 我也特別檢查過除濕機的水箱，水箱並沒有滿，所以看起來並不是單純水箱滿了溢出來，而疑似是機器本身漏水或其他異常。 退房時，我們分別向房務人員及前台反映。前台和房務都有道歉，前台小姐也有詢問我是否受傷；幸好我沒有真的摔倒受傷，但後續處理也就僅止於此。 這件事情我認為飯店應該非常嚴肅看待。浴室外一點點水都可能造成滑倒，更何況這次是大量積水一路流到床底下，甚至影響正常在房間內行走。如果當時我沒有及時抓住床沿而直接摔在硬地板上，完全可能造成骨折。 而且這次不只有滑倒風險，還有電線浸在積水中的問題。設備故障本身可以理解，但當故障同時造成大量積水、滑倒風險及用電安全疑慮時，就已經不是一般的客房設備問題。 2. 招牌「韓式清湯雞飯」工作人員的應對令人非常不舒服 早餐有一道飯店特別宣傳、與首爾米其林必比登推薦餐廳合作的「韓式清湯雞飯」。 因為我不能吃辣，所以取餐時先詢問工作人員是否會辣。他告訴我雞肉有用辣椒烹調，因此我請他不要放雞肉，只給我飯和湯，之後也請他加了一些綠色蔥花。 當時我還看到一些紅色細絲狀的配料。因為第一次沒有聽清楚工作人員說那是什麼，為了確認自己能不能吃，我再次詢問。 沒想到工作人員非常不耐煩地對我說： 「不是跟你說過了嗎，那是辣椒！！！」 語氣非常不耐煩，讓人很不舒服。 我並不是為了挑剔而反覆詢問，而是因為不能吃辣，需要確認餐點內容。即使客人第一次沒有聽清楚，再問一次也只是很普通的問題，實在沒有必要用這種態度回答。 更何況，飯店官網對這道料理的介紹本身就寫明雞肉會拌入韓國濃醬油與青辣椒提味；但是「韓式清湯雞飯」這個名稱本身完全看不出來含有辣椒。如果現場沒有清楚的辣味標示，客人自然只能詢問工作人員。其他工作人員都很友善。 3. 自助餐有過敏原資訊，卻缺乏清楚的辣味標示 早餐多數料理都有標示過敏原資訊，這一點原本做得不錯。但我發現許多料理並沒有清楚標示是否含辣椒或是否為辣味。 對不能吃辣的人來說，只能自己仔細查看食物裡是否有紅辣椒，或一道一道詢問工作人員。像「韓式清湯雞飯」這樣聽起來相當清淡的料理，單看名稱更難知道其中含有辣椒。 煙波花蓮館有很多家庭旅客，小孩以及因健康、腸胃或其他飲食限制而不能吃辣的客人都不少。既然飯店已經有相當完整的過敏原標示，我認為增加一個簡單清楚的「🌶 辣／含辣椒」標誌並不困難，也可以減少客人反覆詢問工作人員及誤食的可能。 4. 水果區附近看到蒼蠅 早餐用餐期間，我還在水果區附近看到蒼蠅。單獨來看也許只是偶發情況，但餐飲區尤其是水果等直接食用的食品附近出現蒼蠅，仍然希望飯店能注意相關衛生管理。 我給一星並不是因為要求飯店不能出任何差錯。設備故障有可能發生，工作人員忙碌時也可能有疏忽。希望飯店能認真檢查客房內的除濕設備及用電安全，也改善餐飲標示、食品區衛生及員工面對客人合理詢問時的應對方式，避免下一位住客真的因此受傷。
