    Our stay at Taroko Liiko Hotel was truly unforgettable and easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The entire environment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The room was spacious and cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable, and even the amenities felt premium — they provided branded shower gel and shampoo, and every corner of the hotel was spotless. It made us feel relaxed and completely at ease throughout our stay. The breakfast was also amazing — delicious, generous, and full of a comforting homemade touch. A very special mention to Auntie Jia (甲姨), whose handmade dumplings and egg pancakes were absolutely incredible and became one of the most memorable parts of our trip! The lunch and dinner menus were excellent as well, and we genuinely enjoyed every meal there. More importantly, what makes this hotel truly special is not just the facilities, but the people. Every single staff member we met, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly kind, warm, sincere, and attentive. They always greeted us with smiles and made us feel completely at home. Every day was filled with laughter and warmth, and we are truly grateful for all their care and hospitality. This place feels like much more than just a hotel — it feels like a place filled with genuine human warmth and kindness. You can really feel that the staff sincerely care about every guest, and because of that, this stay became a very precious and unforgettable memory for us. Overall, this is an exceptional hotel with a beautiful environment, fantastic food, and absolutely outstanding service. The staff were truly impeccable. The next time I visit Hualien, I will definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends and family! 💯 Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel for your wonderful hospitality and for giving us such beautiful memories of Xincheng, Hualien. 🙏

    Location is a bit far off - right at the entrance of the National Park but to the other restaurants or bars it is long to walk. Staff were very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean.
