Cozy villa in the center of Alfedena (AQ) located in the Abruzzo National Park near Castel di Sangro and a few km from the Roccaraso ski area (Aremogna-Montepratello-Pizzalto). A few steps from the center, bars, pharmacy, groceries, restaurants and the Rio Torto stream from which a beautiful path begins.
Furnished house of about 110 square meters with fireplace, independent heating, n. 2 double bedrooms, n. 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, kitchen and dining room with double sofa bed (plus a single folding bed that can be added suitable for teenagers or children) for a total of 10/11 beds. With n. 3-room bathroom and washing machine. Garden / outdoor courtyard of about 90 square meters.
The house is spread over three levels. On the ground floor we find:
large living room (with a double sofa bed and two armchairs with LCD TV), a spacious and lovely kitchen (with a beautiful fireplace) double bedroom and bathroom plus a hallway with the boiler and washing machine.
- On the first floor we have a double bedroom (with double bed and single bed) with bathroom and walk-in closet
- On the second attic floor we have a double bedroom (with three double beds that can also become double if necessary)) with bathroom and walk-in closet.
There is also a folding bed suitable for children or teenagers for a total of 11 beds.
So if you are more couples or families you can settle on the floor and have the sleeping area with closet and private toilet.
The heating of the villa is ensured by a heating system with radiators and a boiler with natural gas.
