The house has three bedrooms, each with a separate entrance with which you log on to an oak forest. From other internal doors of rooms you enter a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. The rooms each with a spacious bathroom, decorated with charm, predispose the host to a perception of well-being. The entrance of each room will immerse guests in a beautiful garden shaded by lush foliage of oaks. A few steps the pool that welcomes guests in the freshness of its waters.

Rocco and his father Enzo were polite and responsive hosts. We had a very nice stay at this home. Traveling with my husband, both sets of grandparents and our young children - the room setup with each having its own bathroom worked well for the group. The common place and kitchen were well equipped to cook. The home is walking distance into the little town of San Valentino. We found the locals at the Gelateria to be welcoming and pleasant and the gelato impressively delicious! A safe area. The pool was not open during our stay as it was October and closed for the season. The views from the home were beautiful of the Abruzzi mountains!

This home was so beautiful. The views from the back yard are second to none. The home was equipped with everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen to 3 full size bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the access to the back yard and swimming pool. I honestly could not pick one thing wrong with this home. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Also, the host was attentive and responsive to every question we had. Do not hesitate to book this home for your stay. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great area, super friendly host. Very easy check-in process.The listing should be clear that you don't have access to the entire property, just the first floor. There are residents in the top floor. The configuration is pretty private but you do not have access to the balcony. We also had some issues with the heater in one of the rooms and you end up paying separately for heat (gas), which is odd. The Home was clean and beds are comfortable. The nearby town is charming

Upon arrival there was no welcome amenities as is customary in all the other villa’s I have rented from two different suppliers. The wifi was poor at best and was none existent in the bedrooms and mediocre in the living area. I mentioned it to the owner and he did nothing about it. Cell service in that area is also a problem and should be noted in the discription of the property. There was also no changing of towels or bed sheets in the two weeks we were there. This should be addressed with the owner.
