Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage. Nur wenige Minute zu Fuß bis zum Strand und zur Promenade. Hier laden viele Restaurants mit leckeren Speisen ein. Insgesamt ist Swinemünde ein attraktiver Ort zum erholen.

W obiekcie obowiązuje zakaz palenia, ale nikt nie przewidział, ze jak mieszkasz na 2 pietrze to ten kto mieszka na 1 jak zapali papierosa na balkonie to Ty masz wszystko w pokoju. Skwar na zewnątrz a nie otworzysz okna bo do mieszkania wpada smród papierosów z dolu. I schody metalowe to tez nieporozumienie dźwiękowe jak Ci ktoś o 2 w nocy wali po tych schodach. No i brak klimy to zupełny minus. Poza tym w prządku Moim zdaniem jak zakaz palenia to całkowity rownież na balkonach i tarasach.
