Nice balcony. good localisation. very nice beach with drinks and food. lots attractions for kids on the beach. short walk to shops. very comfortable bed. dishwasher and washing machine. lift

missing microwave and full size mirror. will do with few extra hangers in bathroom and shelf on the shower cabinet. no fan

The apartment was nice and clean. Very good location walking distance to beach and some attractions. Pay parking on the street next to the building. We went there with two kids: 1 and 5 years old our first night was quite cold (we stayed in January and they turned the heat day before gest arrival). Shortly after contacting the office, the problem was solved. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Duży salon i dobrze uzbrojona kuchnia.

Materac w podwójnym łóżku za miękki! W oknach brak firanek! Przy roletach zewnętrznych i roletkach wewnętrznych, zasłony były zbędne. Brak intymności, szczególnie na parterze, albo pozasłaniane okna! Telewizja; były kanały z językiem niemieckim, poza propagandową republiką brak kanałów z językiem polskim TVP, Polsat i TVN. Brak możliwości łatwego ustawienia kanałów z językiem polski.

Küchengeräte & Sanitäranlage bedarf es an Reparatur & Wartung. Zufahrtsstraße ist Baustelle, sodass für tiefgelegene Autos die Anfahrt schwer ist. Die Kosten für die Tiefgarage sind nicht gerechtfertigt.

uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen, deswegen haben wir es uns ja ausgesucht.

das wir auf ein anderes Apartment umgebucht wurden, wegen unserer Forderung nach einem Parkplatz. Diese Umbuchung entsprach nicht unseren Ansprüchen im Vergleich zu unserer Buchung. Unsere Reklamation vor Ort wurde ignoriert.

Czysty, nowo wyremontowany, gustownie urządzony apartament. Pełne wyposażenie, dobry kontakt z wynajmujacym, wygodne łóżko, ciepła woda, ekspres do kawy, bez kontaktowy dostęp do lokalu -cyfrowy klucz, darmowy parking POLECAM

Stwierdzenie "Widok na miasto" - mocno przesadzone. IV pietro bez windy -dla mnie nie było problemu ale ktoś starszy lub chory powinien o tym wiedzieć

Parking przy apartamencie dodatkowo płatny 60 zł. Za dobę. Trochę dużo... Byliśmy przekonani że jest w cenie. Informacja o tym powinna być jasno napisana na stronie gdzie się wynajmuje..

Schön, groß, komfortabel, die Lage ist perfekt, Strand und Promenade in 5 Minuten erreichbar, Café Uznam um die Ecke

Die Baustelle in der Szienkiewitza Straße hat uns Ein- und Ausfahrt etwas erschwert, aber nicht besonders gestört, da wir im Haus 28 in der 2.Reihe untergebracht wurden

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, 400 m vom Strand entfernt, die Ausstattung optimal, Betten nicht unbedingt bequem, auch sehr niedrig

zur Zeit ist dort leider Baustelle, die Zufahrt war sehr erschwert, mit dem Auto sogar aufgesetzt!!!

Gepflegte und moderne Unterkunft mit einigen Abstrichen.

Man läuft nur 10 min bis zum Strand. Das Gebäude ist modern und gepflegt. Die Unterkunft war geräumig und sauber. Zum Kochen war alles vorhanden.

WLAN war sehr langsam und schlecht. Im Bad fehlten Haken für die Handtücher. Das Doppelbett war sehr klein für 2 Personen. Die Matratze war leider sehr weich.

Parking niedostępny, chociaż na ofercie był (do rezerwacji za dodatkową opłatą. Po potwierdzenie rezerwacji, adnotacji o rezerwacji parkingu i zapłacie za całość pobytu dostałem info, że parkingu nie będzie. Podczas odbioru kluczy w recepcji "miły pan" przekazał mi wizytówkę i poinformował, że trzeba rezerwować bezpośrednio przez ich biuro, bo BOOKING ma inne prawa rezerwacji. W związku z czym powinienem sobie sam poszukać miejsca na postój. Wniosek jest jeden: znajdź jelenia który zapłaci za apartament a potem niech się sam martwi co dalej...

Sehr modern, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Strandnah, bei der schönen Promenade, ruhig, kinderfreundlich, hilfsbereit, alles wunderbar. Fahrradverleih genau gegenüber. Einkauf 7 Minuten Fußweg.

Gute Unterkunft mit top Lage

Sehr gute Lage, da man fast direkt ander Promenade und dem Strand ist. Sehr ruhig, da etwas außerhalb, Tiefgarage ist in der Saison ein muss. Außerhalb der Saison eher nicht. Politessen laufen ständig;-)... Wohnung gut eingerichtet mit allem was benötigt wird, inkl Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Würde ich definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Die Betten sind etwas zu niedrig und könnten mehr komfortabel sein.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub zu einem sehr günstigen Preis!

Das Appartement war sehr modern, geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Promenade und der Ostseestrand war in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir haben den Miniurlaub sehr genossen. Einziger Kritikpunkt waren die unzureichenden Parkmöglichkeiten, sicherlich auch bedingt durch die beiden Maifeiertage. Hier sollte man zwingend das Parkhaus dazu buchen.

Viel Platz, edles Bad 🛁, gute Ausstattung. Ruhige Lage unweit der Promenade. Angenehmes Ambiente.

Die erst 4 Tage kein warmes Wasser, auch nicht im Bad. Nach 1 min lauwarm wurde es eiskalt unter der Dusche. Toilettendeckel lose.Wasserflecken an de Decke im Wohnzimmer und lose Scheuerleisten.Kamin war nur eine Atrappe, was den Anschein auf der Internetseite verstärkt sind die Holzschrite und der Sockel vor dem Acrylglas, sowie eine Glasplatte über dem Laminat. Mehr Schein als sein.

Doskonała lokalizacja, apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Ale to co urzekło mnie najbardziej to obsługa w biurze. Pani Katarzyna, z którą miałam przyjemność załatwiać wszystkie formalności w dniu przyjazdu to prawdziwy anioł.. Serdeczna i uśmiechnięta, służąca wsparciem i wykazująca się ogromnym profesjonalizmem sprawiła że nasz pobyt od pierwszych minut był idealny ☺️

Für uns zur Erholung und absolute Ruhe suchend die optimale Lage, wenige Schritte zum Strand, einige Schritte mehr zur Promenade (Restaurants) aber das war uns bekannt weil wir schon öfters dort gewohnt haben. Alles super sauber, komfortabel und eine gute Ausstattung. Ein großes Lob an die netten Damen und Herren an der Rezeption, sie machen einen sehr guten Job ;)

Nix zu meckern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
