A beautiful pool and a privileged position with panoramic view on the bay of San Gregorio, marina of Patù, and all the comforts of the modern holiday homes: this is one of the three typical and entirely renovated houses in a Masseria.
A holiday home in a masseria
A finely furnished holiday home, respecting, which was wisely renovated with respect of its historic value but with all the modern comforts, like the shared pool and the barbecue grill. It`s introduced by a covered patio, equipped for your lunches, dinners or relaxing moments outside. The house consists of a living room with television, kitchen with electric oven and the sleeping area, which is divided into two bedrooms: the master bedroom in the old "pajara" and the twin bedroom, served by a bathroom with shower. Laundry room shared with the other units.
The masseria, with pool and large outdoor equipped spaces, shadowed by a pine grove, fruit garden, olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, is 3 kilometers far from the bay of San Gregorio, a few kilometers far from Leuca and a few minutes` drive from the beaches of Torre Vado and Pescoluse.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Shared Pool available from June to September .
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden, washing machine and barbecue.

Summary of reviewsOverall a good vacation. Excellent location to reach the most beautiful beaches. Only downside is slightly salty water from the tap, probably not drinkable.

tutto sommato una buona vacanza. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le spiaggie piu' belle. Unica pecca e' acqua un po' salata dal rubinetto provabilmente non potabile
