About this apartment rental
Apartment consisting of two bedrooms, triple double rooms, each with an additional bed, living room with a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed, American kitchen, two complete bathrooms.
Terrace equipped with gazebo, table, deck chairs and sofas, with sea view.
The Baia 2 apartment is part of the Case Baia Blu structure consisting of four different apartments, of different types, built on four different levels, taking advantage of the natural slope of the descent to the sea.
A two-room apartment, two three-room apartments, and a four-room apartment, equipped with all comforts, with sea view and a stone's throw from the beach of San Gregorio, which can be reached on foot in two minutes.
The structure, also, being in the inhabited area of the small village, also allows you to reach all the main services on foot: minimarket, newsagent, sea articles, bars, tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias etc.
Free Wi-Fi included.
Possibility of supplying bed linen and towels with a supplement of € 15 per person for the whole period.

Everything about the experience was nothing short of stellar. The location and views are fantastic and the host went out of their way to ensure a positive experience. EVERY suggestion Sara (host) gave us was 100% on target and her knowledge of the surrounding areas made everything from sightseeing to dining an unforgettable experience. I’ve already recommended this property to close friends, so clearly I believe in what I’m saying. Grazie Mille Sara!

Very clean ideally situated property. Sara welcomed us with coffee, juice and frresh water. Clean bedding and towels.
My only suggestion would be that Sara maybe has a bigger coffee maker (the appartment could accommodate 8 and a very small espresso maker is there) and some basics in the kitchen (Salt, pepper and Oil) There is a small mini market a short walk away. When we arrived the WiFi wasn't working. Being a weekend it was apparently fixed the morning we departed. Lovely and recommended

Io e la mia famiglia veniamo qui ormai da 6 anni. Non c'è sistemazione più bella e confortevole di questa nell'area di San Gregorio. Noi abbiamo scelto l'appartamento con l'ampia terrazza che affaccia sul mare. Con una vista del genere andare al ristorante è inutile, meglio pranzare o cenare a casa!! L'ospitalità dei padroni di casa poi è superlativa. Sempre pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi problema. La raccomando vivamente. :)

La casa si trova in un'ottima posizione, oltre al bellissimo panorama la sua ubicazione è strategica trovandosi a metà strada tra Santa Maria di Leuca e le Maldive del Salento. San Gregorio è un paese caratteristico e molto accogliente, così come i proprietari dell'abitazione che si sono prodigati al meglio per rendere irripetibile la nostra vacanza. Casa pulitissima e molto accogliente con tutti i confort.
