It was a big problem to contact a real person from the accommodation, the machine kept answering me the same thing. Every few days they reminded me to pay in advance, even though on booking they allowed payment on site, it wasn't like that, I had to send the money 2 months in advance. When I sent the money, I kept getting reminders about non-payment! I wrote several times that everything was in order on my part and had been paid for over a month, but they told me the opposite and it culminated in them writing to me that if I didn't pay within 24 hours, everything would be cancelled. After sending a screen photo from the bank to all their possible and impossible emails and phones, I finally received a confirmation of payment, no apology, nothing. They also wanted to check in in advance via the app, which I did, but I still had to fill out the check in on site. Obviously there is a problem with these smart things (online applications and some robotic machine) Overall, if I were to rate the accommodation: I have experienced better and worse, so average,

Large, well-equipped apartment, very close to the bus station, garage for storing skis and equipment for drying boots! I found the apartment very clean!

The lack of soap, the shower gel from the bathroom, the lack of the dish sponge, the garbage bags, small but essential things. The host does not understand English and in 7 days we were not asked if we needed anything, I would have needed to change our towels.

Superb

The location is great especially for people who visit Soelden for skiing (bus station right across the street). The apartment was clean, comfy, perfect for when you return in the evening from the slopes. We had enough suppliences in the kitchen as well to cook something quickly. Definetly will recommend this acommodation to others.

The only things that were missing from the appartment were: the garbage bags to recycle it and soap to wash the dirty dishes.

The Hosts were ok. For skiers, the location is very good. Close to the ski lifts. bus communication is very good. Stop next to the property. Rooms clean, warm, kitchen in the room. it's ok. I'll will back there I think :) See Ya!

Family stay in Sölden

Price/value. Perfect spot between the mountains for trips. Very good communication with owner. Bus stops very near for the tourist buses you can use. Big balcony. Garage for bikes you can use. Generally very clean house.

More equipment in the kitchen. Missing soap and shampoo in the bathroom. If the house is full, the parking spaces can be full, but on the other hand you can park nearby. Small things need to be repaired in the appartment.

Good quiet location with clean facilities within walking distance of town center

Good location for a decent price, about 25 minutes walk by the river to the center of Sölden. By bike it is only 10 minutes over a generally flat road. From the balcony we had a nice view into the valley and onto the mountain. Very friendly host and nice and clean apartment. A locked bike shed/ski room is available.

The interior was dated (which is common in Austria) but clean and working appliances, missing an oven for cooking but there is a stove and enough appliances to cook your own meals.

Good and quiet location. The appartement was clean and warm.

Poor wifi signal. The kitchen's facilities can be improved (microwave, oven, toaster). No soap in the kitchen and bathroom. The staff didn't speak english, only german. No bags for the kitchen and bathroom trash.

Meer dan prima!

Prima appartementen, niet heel luxe maar precies wat je kan verwachten voor de prijs die je betaalt. We hadden er twee (nr 2 en 4). Begrijp de klachten niet zo goed eigenlijk. Eigenaresse was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er zijn idd geen ovens in de keuken maar ze heeft voor ons speciaal een klein bakoventje neergezet zodat we de meegenomen broodjes konden afbakken.

Zentrale Lage, freundliche Gastgeber, ruhiges sauberes Haus, die Wohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet

Im Jahr davor, hatten wir ein anderes Appartement in dem Haus, das mit einer zusätzlichen Wohnzimmerecke ausgestattet war -was uns besser gefallen hatte. Zudem gab es einen Handtuchwechsel in der Mitte des Urlaubs, der in diesem Jahr leider nicht stattfand.

wat een slecht appartement , wat had ik er spijt van dat ik vooruit betaald heb. mijn advies.

De omgeving was mooi..... Het appartement was gewoon uitgewoond , zeer slecht , het is een schande dat zoiets , in deze staat wordt aangeboden in de verhuur. Hier zou Booking.com eens naar moeten kijken.

Dit onderstaande viel mijn ontzettend tegen, zo slecht heb ik nog nooit iets geboekt, ....... dit viel er zwaar tegen , op de badkamer was de wasbak gescheurd , de toilet bril zat er scheef op de pot , die paste er niet op , was te klein. . badkamer was uitgeleefd, moet echt vernieuwd worden. De bedden echt schandalig , matrassen waren versleten en zaten grotendeels onder de urine vlekken. Ik heb daar een manager hier over aangesproken , en zei zegt me dat dat ze naar niets van wist, stond gewoon te liegen. De stoelen die op het balkon stonden zouden zo mee kunnen met oud vuil, 1 stoel was kompleet kapot , de ander was iets beter . Ook de schoonmaak kosten waren veel te hoog € 70,00 per verblijf , en ze zijn in 20 minuten klaar , natte dweil over de vloer en beddegoed wisselen. Ik heb als een soort compensatie die € 70,00 voor het schoonmaken terug ontvangen. Never nooit meer boek ik hier.
