Modern apartment right next to the ski lift.

The apartment is very modern and located directly next to the ski lift. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket in easy walking distance. Even though there are some apres-ski places nearby, the apartment is very quiet and you will have wonderful sleep.

The box for the key cards as well as the card-reader for the parking garage are not that easy to see at night. Charging for coffee pads felt a bit akward. Since we brought our own Bialetti (Italian Espresso) we were fine though. We also recommend hangers for the towels in the bathroom. The ski storage room is located in the parking garage but you need to walk through the - sometimes dirty - garage, which is not so nice if you walking on socks.

Great location for making to the pistes early!

Location just steps from Giggijoch Bahn was perfect! Room and bathrooms were clean and warm. Kitchen was well appointed, everything available to make breakfast for our group. Parking in large garage was nice. Ski room in garage was clean, and not stinky (as some can be)

The trash in the kitchen was never emptied. We didn't have a lot, but it would have been nice have it removed daily.

Everything is great!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The trash was taken out every day and the towels were changed. Convenient garage, comfortable bed, ski lift access nearby. Bus stop is also nearby. The room is well insulated, no street noise can be heard. Everything was great!

The only thing we didn't like was that the key card stopped working on the last day. This was inconvenient because while we were carrying our things to the car, someone had to stay in the room to prevent the door from locking.

Geweldig!

Top lokatie , aan de skilift en naast de après-ski bar zonder er last van te hebben . Mooi nieuwe appartement, met hele fijne bedden . Skiverhuur , parkeergarage en skibox onder het appartement.

De prijs is behoorlijk hoog zoals het meeste in Sölden maar dan zit je hier wel op een toplocatie.

Centraal en modern appartement.

Instructie vooraf voor de sleutel was duidelijk. Modern ingericht. Gelijk bij de skilift, dit was ideaal. Eigen parkeergarage. Op de website stond dat je moet reserveren, niet gedaan, maar is niet nodig, was plek zat. Lift in het gebouw, was ook erg fijn. Bedden waren goed. Eigen kussen meegenomen, dat is wel een aanrader. Eigen ski depot, welke afgesloten is. Niet gehorig. Dicht bij het centrum.

Geen handleiding van de apparatuur of informatie in het appartement. Beperkt aantal handdoeken en deze werden maar af en toe gewisseld. Bij binnenkomst een brief waarin gelijk een dwingend bericht stond dat we binnen 24 uur voor parkeren en toeristenbelasting moesten betalen. €182,00 Waarom dit bedrag niet gelijk in de aanbetaling?

Perfekter Einstieg in die Skisaison

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war perfekt! Somit gab es keine Probleme bei der Abholung der Schlüsselkarte. Tiefgaragenplätze sehr geräumig. Man muss nur beim Ausfahren aufpassen. Toll ist, dass die Unterkunft auch Kurzaufenthalte anbietet. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche.

Die Schuhheizer im Skidepot waren nicht eingeschaltet. Wir sind keine Freunde von Padmaschinen. Die Kaffeetasse wird erst nach dem zweiten Mal drücken voll. Viellicht ist die Wassermenge nicht nicht richtig eingestellt. Man muss nur beim Ausfahren aus der Tiefgarage aufpassen. Unsere Meinung: Ausfahrt hätte aufgrund der heutigen Größe von Autos etwas größer gebaut werden können. Zu zweit schafft man die Ausfahrt problemlos.

Helemaal top!

De locatie is top. In het centrum vlakbij de Giggijochlift. Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Het appartement was lekker warm (we komen met de huidige energieprijzen ook andere situaties tegen). Onmiddellijk heet water (ook dat zien we niet overal). Een eigen balkon met uitzicht op het onderste stuk van de dalafdaling. Wij geven het appartement gewoon een 10.

Moderne Unterkunft, gemütlich und spitzenlage!

Die Unterkunft ist neu und modern und sehr einladend eingerichtet. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war rundum zufrieden.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt von meiner Seite ist das Service Konzept bzw. Kleine Punkte zu den Dingen. Ich persönlich hätte mich gefreut, wenn Leistungen wie die Tiefgarage & Kaffee Pads bei den doch relativ hohen Preis für die Unterkunft inkludiert wären. Speziell beim Kaffee, da man keine Möglichkeit hat Pads für die spezielle Maschine selbst zu organisieren. Und was schön gewesen wäre bzw. vielleicht noch ergänzt werden könnte sind: - Schwämme und Spülmittel zum selbst abspulen für kleine Sachen und ein Besen, damit man selber mal durch kehrten kann :) Ich weiß aber, dass ich gerade was sauber machen und so speziell bin und der Durchschnitt vielleicht gar nicht sauber machen will selber :) Soll aber nicht so klingen als würde das so negativ sein. Im Großen und Ganzen war ich zu 98% vollsten zufrieden. Die 2% ziehe ich nur ab wegen Kaffee, Tiefgarage und den kleinen Sachen zur Optimierung :)
