Skiing vacation at Zolden

We liked the view, the cleanliness, the quite. Location is really good. Not far from the shuttle bus to get to the ski slopes. We also enjoyed their spa facilities after skiing. The front desk ladies were extremely helpful and friendly. Every question we had they addressed immediately and communication was excellent from the moment we booked the place to the moment we were leaving. We definitely would like to come back! Thank you for our wonderful and relaxing vacation. Larisa and Evgeniy

Good apartament but horrible parking

Very nice apartment, it seemed larger than on the photos. The building looks renewed. Views from the balcony were amazing. Very clean as well, comfortable beds.

I received a message from the property an hour before arriving that we actually need to check in and pick up the keys at a different building located 4kms away! I haven’t checked the messages since the morning so we were very confused when we arrived. The lady at the reception wasn’t very friendly. The worst part however was the parking - it’s located underground and you need to take a car lift which is extremely narrow and very hard to get into from the street. After it goes down, there is almost no space to maneuver the 2 turns and park in the designated space. Very easy to scratch the car. I do not recommend staying here if you are planning daily trips with own car. Also I wish we knew earlier about the possibility of using wellness facilities at the other buildings - this was included in the price but the offer did not mention anything like that.

A lovely spacious apartment: comfy beds, a sizable bathroom, 2 balconies, a compact kitchen and a sofa to lounge on. Spotless, quiet and a 10 min walk from the ski lift. Access to the fabulous spa - rooftop pool, sauna + steam rooms. Highly recommend.

cold flat no heating, unfriendly receptionist

the property was clean,

cold flat no heating not comfortable had to sit in our outside jackets in the living room and sleep with jumpers on, rude receptionist gave us small heater that dries up your eyes and throat, we wrote to the manager who gave us a Prosecco but the problem was still there you’d expect a very warm heated flat for ski resort especially in December. But I felt the owners did not pay attention to the basic rights of their customers; comfortable place and tried to manage it as it is an inconvenience.

Fair value for money a bit further off the center of the village.

The apartment was quite spacious, with a separate kitchen (no windows though) and a living room.

We stayed in late March and the apartment was pretty cold. Even when we set the radiators on full power, we were still cold in the evenings. Also, we were promised that towels/cleaning would be done every other day. It wasn't. The free parking is in an underground garage which you access via an elevator, which was a bit of a hassle in the morning.

Appart is clean and close to skibus, about 150 meters to stop.

In spa center of Alpenlux Regina 4* where we could spend time at 8.55 p.m. the girl from reception in glasses came to Spa and switched off the light while we were wearing our clothes, and she saw us... We keeped on wearing in the darkness. It was fantastic. (( Pool on the roof is cold.

Ver weg van het centrum Slechte pannen, onmogelijk om mee te koken Parkeergarage kun je niet fatsoenlijk in, veel te smal waardoor je niet bij de accommodatie kunt parkeren. Heel irritant!!

Een super mooi verblijf, ruim, super schoon, met heerlijke bedden en een prachtige locatie tegen de bergwand !! Makkelijk je sleutel en incheck in het hoofdhotel in de hoofdstraat en wat een geweldige wellness in het hotel waar je ook gratis gebruik van kon maken en tevens een kaart om je auto goed te parkeren..Echt TOP

Urlaub mit Hindernissen

Sölden ist ein wunderschöner Ausgangsort für viele Wanderungen.

- Die Tiefgarage ist nur über einen Lift zugänglich, der nur mit äußerst kleinen Autos und wenn man ausgesprochen gut rückwärts fahren kann, befahrbar ist. Auch die Tiefgarage selbst verlangt äußerste Rangierkünste. - Das W-Lan funktioniert nur bruchstückhaft. - Das Kochfeld funktioniert aufgrund seiner kleinen Größe nur in bestimmten Pfanne/Topf- Konstellationen, sodass im Vorfeld geplante Gerichte in mehreren Etappen gekocht werden müssen. - Als wir ankamen, war das Tiefkühlfach defekt und auch die Tür zum WC ließ sich nicht verschließen. - Nachrichten über Booking.com und E-Mail erhielten keine Rückantwort. Diese war nur telefonisch zu erhalten. - Als wir ankamen, war die erste Nacht sehr kalt mit zwanzig Grad Raumtemperatur. Eine Rückfrage beim Betreiber ergab, dass die Heizung nur in bestimmten zentral gesteuerten Stunden heizt. Dieses Heizverhalten gilt laut telefonischer Auskunft aber nur für die Ferienwohnungen und nicht das Hotel des Betreibers. - Besonders ärgerlich empfand ich in der Kommunikation Schuldzuschreibungen des Betreibers. Wir seien die Ersten, die sich über Kälte beschweren würden. Dies ist einerseits keine korrekte Angabe (siehe Googel Rezensionen) und zum anderen spricht man nicht so mit seinen Gästen. Wir waren am ersten Oktoberwochenende da und haben noch eine andere belegte Ferienwohnung (von acht) wahrgenommen. Das zu Beginn der Heizperiode vielleicht das Haus doch kälter sein könnte als wenn es im Winter vollbesetzt ist und in allen Ferienwohnungen gleichermaßen geheizt wird, schien nicht in die Betrachtung des Betreibers Eingang zu finden.

gerne wieder

unser Wohnung war groß, sauber und modern eingerichtet und wäre auch gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. wir hatten 2 Balkone, wo man schön sitzen kann und auf die Berge blickt. Leider konnten wir nicht bei geöffneten Fenster schlafen, weil der Fluß wirklich sehr laut ist. aber da kann man halt nichts machen. das Appartment liegt am Ortseingang, Das Zentrum und der Lift ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und es ist auch ein schöner Spaziergang so am Fluß entlang. das Spa haben wir nicht benutzt

Das wir im Hotel ca 1km Entfernung einchecken müssen, wurde uns erst kurz vor Ankunft mitgeteilt. Also standen wir erst mal vor verschlosser Tür, weil wir die Mitteilung nicht gelesen hatten. Die Parkgarage ist nichts für große Autos und draußen gab es nur 2 Parkplätze vorm Haus.

Schöne moderne Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, sauber und modern. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gab auch einen Aufzug für die Tiefgarage, so dass wir unsere Motorräder entspannt im trockenen lagern konnten.

Die einzigen Mankos: 1. Es gab keinen Ofen und keine Waschmaschine. 2. zum einchecken in die Unterkunft musste man erst ins Hotel, leider war das nirgends beschrieben, sodass wir erst in die Unterkunft fuhren und dort feststellen mussten, dass wir ins Hotel mussten. Trotzdem war die Unterkunft alles in allem wirklich sehr sehr gut und empfehlenswert.

Stosunek ceny do jakości, dostęp do SPA, możliwość parkowania w głównym hotelu w centrum miasta. Apartament był wyremontowany (poza kuchnią) i bardzo czysty. Obsługa ma recepcji bardzo miła.

Wifi praktycznie nie działa - jest bardzo wolne co uniemożliwia normalne korzystanie. Nie da się sprawdzić nawet e-maila nie wspominając o oglądaniu np Netflixa. Brak gniazdek w kuchni - ekspres do kawy trzeba za każdym razem przenosić koło gniazdka. Bardzo mała patelnia w kuchni - zbyt mała nawet dla 1 osoby nie wspominając o 2 - nie da się zrobić nawet jajecznicy. Wspólny balkon z innym apartamentem - przydałaby się jakaś barierka odgradzająca. Parking wymaga zjazdu windą dla aut - jeśli masz dużego SUVa to się nie zmieścisz a na zewnątrz nie ma miejsc parkingowych. Na koniec najdziwniejsza rzecz - zdjęcia w ofercie są tak pomieszane, że nie pokazują faktycznego apartamentu - to samo dotyczy innych obiektów tego właściciela.

Appartamento eccezionale

Appartamento luminoso, ben posizionato e completo di ogni servizio (caffettiera, lavastoviglie, macchina per il tè e per fare toast, frigo). Il panorama è stupendo e avendo il fiume che passa affianco crea un'atmosfera rilassante e tipica della montagna. Inoltre, ho apprezzato tantissimo il parcheggio coperto sotterraneo raggiungibile con un ampio ascensore.

Küche war nicht sonderlich sauber. Am Wasserkocher verbrannte man sich schnell mal die Finger beim Ausschalten. Besteck bunt zusammen gewürfelt. Kein Backofen vorhanden.

App nr 7 is een aanrader, nr 6 is goed (maar daar ontbreekt een zitje.

Heel fijn appartement, met een kleine aparte keuken. De 2 appartementen die we huurden deelden een eigen gangetje, waardoor we heen en weer konden lopen zonder andere gasten tegen te komen.Het is modern en ruim en mooi gelegen.

Het enige minpuntje was de rooklucht in appartement nr 7. We hebben niet kunnen herleiden waar het precies in zat. We hebben flink gelucht, de schoonmaakster is nog extra langs geweest, maar we kregen het niet helemaal weg.
