The style, design and setting were superb .
The food offer was not really good enough. The restaurant was overblown and over priced and the bar menu was so limited it was almost impossible to make up a whole dinner. Apparently this was a reduced offer because it was nearing the end of the season but we were not made aware of this when we booked.

- The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable.
- Very clean, housekeeping twice a day.
- Good food and drink offering. Breakfast was great.
- Staff all brilliant and very helpful. We appreciated the concierge service.
- Pool area nice, wonderful grounds.
The only thing that could make this better is making it adults only or only children over a certain age. We had a screaming baby in the room next us, also present in the bar, heard the crying in the pool area, it was everywhere. This really changed the relaxing vibe of the resort.

Very special experience having stayed here. We will be back!
The staff could have been a little warmer in service. We were also told that we didn’t need to book our dinner at the restaurant. We came back during a rainy day and were denied a table as capacity was smaller (which we understood)- then only offered the bistro menu for our last night. We asked if we could eat in our rooms and they still charged us €20 for service.. - just didn’t seem reasonable especially for a resort of the small size. Never had an experience been denied a dinner slot at the place I’m staying at - after being told not to book.

Lovely adults only pool, restaurant and bar were great too
Children using adults only pool despite clear signage - parents abdicated themselves of responsibility sadly so staff should have asked the children to leave especially as they were noisy - there was an excellent and quiet children’s pool for them
