About this villa rental
Conservative restoration of a Tuscan farm house built in 1950s, located in Maremma, in the south of Tuscany. The house is immersed in the authentic countryside of Capalbio, with sunflower fields, wheat fields and olive trees.

Wow! is the only word I can use to describe this property. It certainly exceeded my whole families expectations. The outdoor grounds were spectacular! so many areas for relaxing and dining, the pool was outstanding, the whole family enjoyed the outdoors. Too hard to describe its a must see paradise.
The house is over the top. the décor unbelievable very eclectic and you can certainly see it was done with so much love and care. It took my grandchildren no time to call it HOME.
Every single amenity was perfect, everything was in excellent working condition. There was nothing that was missing. The home was fully furnished bedding was great and showers and bathrooms for every room. the kitchen was not missing a thing and more than enough dishes and cutlery and everything you would need to host a party for 30+ people.
I rented this place for a special birthday that I wanted to celebrate with my whole family. Every member of the family was there for the time we had the home and so many memories were created, i call it "once in a lifetime" because we were able to get each member of my family and my brothers family together for the celebration and just spending the time together.
On Ferragosto 15Th of August my family from Italy joined (10 more people) and we had a marvelous chef prepare a delicious meal ! As i write this there are tears in my eyes at it truly was a dream come true.
I must thank Barbara and her husband Francesco for sharing this beautiful home with us to make our dreams come true.
They were excellent hosts, greeting us when we arrived being available for us night or day and being there for our check out. I worked very closely with Barbara before arriving for amazing recommendations of places to go and restaurants to visit. Each recommendation again exceeded expectations.
Yes there are probably a million houses available around the world but this particular one is a HOME and to create a home with such beautiful energy you have to have owners who really really care and love from their heart.

Ein Haus mit super stylischer Einrichtung, extravagant, spannend und es gibt immer wieder was Neues zu entdecken. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit tollen Regenduschen.
Der Garten ist herrlich angelegt, riesig mit Genüseberten, vielen Terrassen, einer Aussenküche, einem großen Pool mit Dusche und verschiedenen Rückzugsmöglichkeitem.
Weil das Haus so toll war, waren wir gar nicht so viel unterwegs, aber für die kleine, hügelige Stadt Capalbio, einem Besuch in Ortobello in der Pizzeria, eine Weinprobe auf dem tollen Weingut Monteverro und einen Spaziergang durch den Tarotgarten hat es natürlich gereicht.
Barbara war ein supertoller Host, sie hätte aufmerksamer und herzlicher nicht sein können.

Had the pleasure of renting this charming villa in Capalbio. We hosted Ferragosto and had a beautiful stay with family and friends in this charming, spacious, elegant mansion. We comfortably had 16 people for the night and hosted 30 for the traditional Ferragosto 's lunch. Ten minutes from the beach, ten minutes from Capalbio and Ansedonia. A real jewel.
