The room was nice big and even had a kitchen, even though I didn't use it. Breakfast buffet was good, lots to choose from. My flight time changed considerably and I was able to change the shuttle time no problem. The shuttle driver was nice, too.
The room felt kind of sterile due to all white sheets and towels. An extra blanket would've been nice, too.

The room was ok, it was clean and quite comfortable. The check-in and cheack-out were super easy and the personel was very nice and helpful. The location is also very convenient.
The room was not equiped in the kitchenette or stovetop (as it was marked in the offer). There was a little fridge and a microwave but no plate, bowl, knife, pot or kettle which was a bit disappointing

Our reservation got automatically canceled although we left a note to the hotel informing them of our late arrival time. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist refused to reinstate our reservation and created a new reservation with a higher price. After a long argument, we had to pay the extra money since we were super tired after a long trip.
