The lady at the reception went out of her way to support us. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was amazing - giving us not only guidance, but even helping us bringing our stuff to the room.
the rooms were very nice, comfortable, with large beds and a large kitchen and table.
There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was amazingly good.

The location was very convenient, as it was close to the places I needed to visit for my meetings
I had originally booked and paid for a 75 m² apartment. However, for the first three nights of our four-night stay, we were placed in a much smaller unit of around 35 m² because there was supposedly no other availability.
I contacted Booking.com customer service by phone and in writing, and I also discussed the issue directly with the property management. They admitted that a reservation mistake had been made, apologized, and clearly stated that a refund would be issued. Booking.com also confirmed this.
Despite these assurances, no refund was actually processed by either the property or Booking.com. Paying for a large apartment and spending most of the stay in a significantly smaller one is not acceptable and was very disappointing
