DIWOTEL by Trip Inn Frankfurt Airport Dreieich

Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and all around comfort was top notch. We had a large connected family room so we had 2 bathrooms which was so helpful, kitchenette and lots of space to relax was great. Lovely bar area with lots of nice things to enjoy.

We weren’t aware when we arrive that the parking needed to be paid for, it wasn’t an issue but I didn’t know beforehand, which could have been an oversight on my behalf. Honestly everything was great.

Premium look and feel, mall nearby, friendly staff, big rooms

There was no ventilation in the bathroom

Large rooms with huge bed. A small refrigerator, oven and some dishes. Nice and helpful staff. There is a bar and a restaurant that serves pizzas till 22:00. The breakfast was really fine, I expected less of it based on the comments. Good and quite large parking. Located 15 minutes from the airport. There is a shopping center just next to the hotel.

The location was very convenient, as it was close to the places I needed to visit for my meetings

I had originally booked and paid for a 75 m² apartment. However, for the first three nights of our four-night stay, we were placed in a much smaller unit of around 35 m² because there was supposedly no other availability. I contacted Booking.com customer service by phone and in writing, and I also discussed the issue directly with the property management. They admitted that a reservation mistake had been made, apologized, and clearly stated that a refund would be issued. Booking.com also confirmed this. Despite these assurances, no refund was actually processed by either the property or Booking.com. Paying for a large apartment and spending most of the stay in a significantly smaller one is not acceptable and was very disappointing
