THE BAY, WHICH IS 150 M AWAY, HAS 3 SMALL BEACHES WITH PRIVATE ACCESS THROUGH GREEN PATHS, THERE YOU WILL FIND A KAYAK AT YOUR DISPOSAL, THE PRIVILEGE OF HAVING A MOORING BERTH NEAR THE HOUSE AND OUR CUSTOMIZED TOUR OR TRANSFER SERVICE BY RUBBER BOAT TO THE ISLANDS OF THE MARINE PARK OF TAVOLARA.
A large window frames the Island of Tavolara and Isola di Molara, an INCREDIBLE SEA VIEW that characterizes the whole house. Furnished veranda to enjoy from breakfast to dinner. Unfenced garden, for private use. Large spaces of Mediterranean scrub that surround the whole village up to the beaches.
The C3 villa has an excellent WI-FI service, can accommodate up to 6 people: 1 double bedroom + 1 double or twin bedroom on the mezzanine + in the living room a comfortable double sofa bed that can be easily closed; small but functional kitchenette; 1 bathroom with shower.
In case you are a group of friends, an adjoining villa for 6/8 people is also available, it is the villa C5 which you can see by looking for the advertisement n°6866357

Exclusive proposals for dinghy to make our guests' stay special: look for Youtube videos of our son Mattia Holm: trips or transfers starting from the beach below the house to reach the islands of the Marine Park of Tavolara, the Due Mari beach on Tavolara or the natural pools of Molara or on The Flat Rocks; it is possible to stay the desired time for a swim, snorkel, underwater photos or a climbing of medium ease on the peaks of the island of Tavolara or among the ruins of a Romanesque church on the island of Molara.
The house is part of this context of exceptional beauty with great respect for nature and enjoying the maximum silence, tranquility and views of the sea and of the island of Tavolara. Our on-site presence and knowledge of the most hidden places and their anecdotes will allow you to enjoy them to the fullest.
The most beautiful beach of all is Brandinchi also called Tahiti and you can reach it also walking through internal paths, is about 900/1000 m,
Walking reachable beaches: Salina Bamba or port Coda Cavallo, Cala Suaraccia, Butterflies, Salinedda all between 600-700 m.
Various sports activities close to your house.
A tennis court and a soccer field with reservation for a fee.
All the nearby beaches within walking distance are equipped with: bar, parasol rental, windsurfing, pedal boats, (these services are not present in the village cove). Near home Acquarius diving center, quad bike scooter rental; horseback riding and horseback riding on the beaches, bird watching in the San Teodoro lagoon, wine tours, climbing, golf, ultralight flight, kitesurfing, special discounts for our guests in a hunting reserve just 5 km from home.

The location is incredible. Superb beaches with breathtaking views and fabulous snorkelling a walk away. Cala paradiso is also very good and the kayak was great to use. The apartment is small but well equipped and the terrace has a stunning view. The only problem was that the beds were not very comfortable especially in the mezzanine bedroom. Otherwise excellent.

Brilliant house in a great location
Stefania was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble.
Good points:
- Such a nice welcome from Stefania and Marco, something we have not experienced in other rentals. It really felt like they wanted us to have the best experience even though we were only there for a week.
- Location (many beautiful beaches a walkable distance, even on hot days - and Stefania provided detailed instructions on how to get to each one)
- Supermarket and cafe nearby (walkable)
- Easy parking, always space available
- Wonderful patio and garden with access to the beach and even a wild tortoise
- Air conditioning
- Very peaceful, no noise or music from neighbours
Negative
The only negative I can find is that the kitchen is a bit small, but it is still fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher and was not a problem for us
Highlight of the holiday: the boat trip we did with Stefania and Marco.
If you like snorkelling this is not to be missed. They showed us all their favourite places, it felt very personal and like they were sharing their love for the region.

The location of the house was great and the views were stunning. Stephania could not have been more responsive on assistance with everything we needed along with recommendations to places to eat and beaches to go to.
The property was compact and suited our needs.
Ideally the place needs a bit of a freshen up.
You definitely need a car as there is only one restaurant within easy walking distance and we used the car each day to visit different bays.
