On the ground floor of the villa Majanah located 454 avenue des fleurs, 83700 Saint Raphael. Capacity: 3 people MAXIMUM, meticulous hygiene.
Quality services for this studio of 35 m2, the decoration "Shabby / romantic" and soft shades of white sand, ivory, powder pink and chocolate.
Built as an F2 apartment without partition, the main room includes a bed of a person (mattress and box spring quality) of 90 cm x 190 cm forming sofa and giving access to a fully equipped kitchen: induction hob , washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee table lacquered white and lift (4 to 6 seats), flat screen TV 82 cm,
Possibility of wifi internet access, on request.
Space room: bed system cabinet 140 cm x 190 cm, slatted base and signature bedding for sleeping in comfort.
Shower room with spacious shower designed for large size, toilets, neat hygiene.
Possibility to rent linens, the complete kit includes:
for each bed 1 fitted sheets, 1 flat sheets or 1 duvet cover, 2 pillowcases. 3 towels per person, 1 glove per person, 1 bath towel for sun / beach per person, 3 tea towels, 1 apron.
Package: 18.00 euros per person for the stay.
End of stay cleaning service for 45,00 euro.
According to return of the apartment 15.00 euros per hour can be expected in supplement.
Enjoyment of a garden of about 70m2 which borders the apartment with furniture and outdoor lighting + gas grill for your outdoor dining. The loungers await you for a nap or sunbathing in a beautiful green setting.
Separate entrance. Parking provided in the grounds of the villa.
The sandy beach of "Péguière" is about 450 m.
CHARGES: The tourist tax (water and electricity are collected by means of individual meters on the first and the last day of your stay) are due to the inventory on the day of departure.
Deposit: an amount of 500,00 euros (by check of preference) will be asked to you at the handing over of the keys, for the foreign holiday-makers a bank transfer of the requested amount, will have to be carried out 15 days before your arrival.
This amount will be returned according to the procedure set up, within a week, after the inventory of your departure.

La location est très propre et bien équipée. Joliment décorée, on se sent très vite à l'aise. Située à quelques kilomètres du magnifique massif de l'Estérel et dans un quartier calme, notre hôte très gentille, discrète et disponible. Toutes commodités à proximités. À recommander vivement

Situé dans un quartier calme, cet appartement est doté d un équipement complet;
il bénéficie d'une bonne luminosité.
Nous avons apprécié le petit jardin ainsi que la proximité d'une plage;

Nous avons passé un séjour trés agréable dans cette location ;
Aménagement fonctionnel et de bon goût ( sobre et chaleureux ), il ne manque rien jusqu'aux ustensiles de cuisine et si c'était le cas la propriétaire est à l'écoute des remarques éventuelles .
Nous avons une longue expérience de locations et celle ci est l'une des plus soignée et des mieux équipée, conforme à la description faite .
La situation géographique est très bonne pour visiter la côte comme pour profiter de Saint Raphaël , le quartier et l'environnement très calme .
Très bon séjour donc et nous recommandons cette location.
