About this house rental
Owl Barn is a contemporary luxury barn conversion set in the peace and quiet of the Herefordshire countryside. Sleeping up to 11 guests it has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.The open plan kitchen and dining room is perfect for catering up to 12 with a huge dining table and lots of space. The first floor makes the most of the stunning views with an enormous living room and large fireplace complete with wood burner. There is underfloor heating throughout and all modern appliances that you would expect.Outside there is a hot tub which is operational all year round and a large private garden. There is parking for up to 6 cars and a large patio area wraps around the property. The barn is located in a quiet hamlet deep in the countryside and is surrounded by fields and woodland.There are lots of footpaths and bridleways that guests can take to explore the area.
The closet town LEOMINSTER is 5 miles away with Ludlow and Hereford being about 12 miles.
Also close by is the beautiful Wye Valley and of course Wales is just over the border.Many guests love the many out door pursuits available in the area as well as the black and white villages.

Plenty of space for large number of occupants it sleeps, well equipped and spacious kitchen area allowing for big group catering. Clean and well maintained, private location with good parking. Very quiet location as no through road. Plenty of toilets/showers, good internet, multiple TVs etc.

We were a party of 10 friends and had a fabulous stay at Owl Barn. The accommodation is fabulous and the living areas are spacious and modern. There upstairs lounge area with the wood burner was perfect. The large open plan kitchen/dining area was great for us to eat, drink and socialise. Martyn the host was welcoming and helpful.

Amazing property! There were 10 ladies celebrating a 40th birthday celebration. The owners were on hand whenever we needed. Everything was catered for. The accommodation is immaculate, clean, spacious, modern, just amazing! The surroundings are beautiful, we were so relaxed and comfortable. Will definately be visiting again without a doubt 👍
