Hotel Aiglon

Personale gentile, struttura nello standard riminese, vicina al mare, camera pulita. La mattina dovevamo andare via molto presto, ci hanno fatto trovare cestino da portare via e ci hanno dato accesso alla colazione in orario anticipato rispetto all'apertura della sala.

Unica pecca, se così possiamo chiamarla, in camera la TV non si sentiva, abbiamo segnalato, ma non è stata sistemata, probabilmente, visto il periodo di bassa stagione e la giornata di domenica, non ci sarà stato un tecnico disponibile a ripararla, ma nulla di ché.

Second morning, breakfast was complete and the brioche were very nice. The food in general was good quality. Staff were friendly. Good location near to free beaches, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Reception open all night. Rooms were clean.

Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast in first morning was incomplete when we arrived (no bacon and egg, only plain brioche). Bacon and egg arrived, but other brioche didn't. A few of the plates didn't seem as clean as they could be. Not all staff wore masks, but some did. The hotel didn't seem like it was fully open at times (no one serving at the bar at the various times of day we came back to the hotel), which was a bit disappointing as you could see other hotels nearby serving people drinks and them sitting outside. No Wi-Fi signal in rooms.

The whole stay we were there the wifi didnt work, and elevator worked on off, our room was high up so that was annoying. The room was so so, it was clean, but we had a broken balcony chair, the walls were with dirty scratches and one drawer door was broken as well. The staff was nice, breakfast too, but few things needed to be changed.
