Viva Beach Hotel - 20m from the Beach & Large Breakfast

We are very happy with our stay at Viva Beach Hotel and have really enjoyed our family holiday here. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Our room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily, which we really appreciated. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They explained that taxis in Italy can be quite expensive and kindly advised us on the easiest and most convenient bus routes. There is a free public beach located very close to the hotel, between Beach 107 and Beach 108. The hotel also provides free sun umbrellas and even sand toys for children, which is a lovely touch for families. Breakfast is simple and feels like a homemade breakfast, with a large selection of delicious cakes and pastries. The air conditioning works perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Viva Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and family-oriented place to stay. Personally, I found the mattress a little firm, and the noise from the nearby nightlife made it slightly difficult to fall asleep at times. However, these were only minor issues.

Great location, clean facilities, beach nearby and the bus station also. There were many restaurants and stores around the hotel. The swimming pool was across the street. The breakfast was great! And everyone was so kind and helpful! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I liked everything.

Price and quality are well-matched. Overall, it has everything for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is also quite good. Very close to the sea. The staff is very polite, especially Matilda, she's just lovely.

The only thing I would mention is the very poor sound insulation. The walls seem to be made of cardboard. And the city is quite noisy at night. In short, bring earplugs with you :))

- Staff are very good. Really helpful, quite friedly. - Location is great, just in front of the beach 108 and 109. - Rooms are clean.

- Rooms don't have sound proof. You can get any sound from the door and window. You hear everything inside and outside the hotel Impossible to sleep here. If you have a baby, I strongly do not recommend to stay here. - Beds are not comfortable. It gives me back and shoulder pain when I wake up. - Rooms are a bit old but okay. - Breakfast is not tasty. Almost everything was stale. - There was no parking lot when I arrive there. I had to park 550 mt away from the hotel.
