About this cottage rental

legalized housing for vacation rental. a quiet farm 2 km. from the town of costitx by paved road, it has a large pool (the bottom of the pool is somewhat discolored by the passage of time, but does not affect the clarity of the water and its cleanliness at all), barbecue, large animal kennel where there are chickens , area of fruit trees and land. at 35 m. from the beach area and 45 m. From the capital. 15 minutes from shopping area and large areas. surrounded by forest and few neighbors. With mountain views, large private pool (8m x 4m) with shallow area for young children.
It is ideal for people who want to relax or be away from busy areas
IMPORTANT: indicate that the consumption of air conditioners is not included in the price. the use price will be € 0.25 per kW consumed plus a deposit of € 40 per command

Jose was very good and waited to meet us on our late arrival and show us the property. Unfortunately, we felt the property needed a good clean, new pillows and attention to some of the furniture, which smelt terrible. We were not looking for luxury accommodation and had this been cleaner it would have been perfect for us. The chickens were lovely and laid every day. Overall we would stay here again but the property does need some TLC.
