Lovely family sized house near the beach.

The accommodation is closed to a lovely beach and a short drive away from the town of Concarneau which is beautiful. The house was spotlessly clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The space in the house was great for a family of four and the spacious garage was a bonus for storing our roof box. The host contacted us before our visit and gave us clear instructions on how to get into the house. The neighbours are lovely. We stayed for ten nights and had beach days but also explored the area.

As other reviews have stated, the plumbing in the house does need some work (there is a lot of noise when the toilets are flushed) but Cathy is open about that herself.

What a beautiful house Cathy has to offer! It is styled with flair and finesse and offers a very comfortable stay. The house was spotless and everything you would need is there. Whilst we did not meet Cathy in person, she was a very gracious, responsive and helpful host through our communications. We would definitely recommend her home if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, appealing place in Concarneau.

Lovely decorated and spacious house full of charm.

Beautifully decorated house with everything you needed. We loved the well-equipped kitchen, the lighting - especially of the living room and the heavy curtains for the windows. We received a very warm welcome with local food waiting for us on our arrival.

You have to be aware that the house, though in a quiet neighborhood, is close to a major road. So during daytime you have to live with some noise.

Lovely house with garden where we enjoyed our stay!

Never before have I seen such a fully furnished house. Really everything has been thought of. The house was super clean and we felt right at home! The house owner was constantly available and responded within minutes to our questions or requests. Really super!There was a sweet little welcome package waiting for us!

We thought the house was within walking distance of the beach but it was not. We finally found beautiful beaches where we could swim, sunbathe and walk!

Memorable family holiday in a spacious, stylish, comfortable, cozy home by the sea!

Stylish and beautifully decorated home, with old and new blending well. Lots of really nice touches and beautiful pieces of furniture. Loved the size as it was more spacious than appears in the photos. The garden was also larger than expected so we used this space often. Lots of outdoor seating with a dining set that we used every day. Great to have a washing machine and clothes line. The beds were super comfy, clean and very well dressed. Major bonus having essentials like washing liquid, tea towels, towels, toilet roll provided. Off road parking. Easy communication with the thoughtful owner who left some local treats for us when we arrived. Great location right next to the sea with Cabellou beach up the road. Loved our stay here and hope to come back some day. Highly recommend this home!

A lock on the main bathroom door would improve privacy, although there's a separate toilet and fabulous shower room downstairs.
