PODERE SAN MARTINO is a beautiful vacation home located on the hills of the Monte Pisano, surrounded by olive trees, with stunning views and a lovely private infinity pool with salt water (9x6mt-deep 1,40mt.)
The house (140 square meters. On two floors) has 6 beds (2 bedrooms + sofa bed), 3 bathrooms, equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, wi-fi, ...), a warm fireplace, veranda, terrace, wood oven and barbecue.
It amazes me how from the farm, in the tranquility, you can easily reach the charming village of Buti, where you will find the major utility points (post offices, banks, supermarkets, ...). the glorious art cities within easy reach: Lucca (30 km.), Pisa (25 Km.), Florence (70 Km.), Siena and the seaside resorts of Tirrenia (35 Km.), Viareggio (50 Km), Strong dei Marmi.
Podere San Martino is the right location for families with children or for those who travel with pets, but also lends itself well to celebrate your events.
Among the services available, on request (and fee) Guided tours Mountain bike or road bike in the surrounding area, with a superguida, ... a pluricampionessa, that on those roads has built his success in the Tour of Italy and Tour de France and many more.
