The apartment is located opposite the cathedral and is beautiful

Only thing that would make it perfect is air conditioning it is a loft apartment so is an oven even when the windows are all open - we did arrive during a 38 degree heatwave which don’t help .

This property is in a great location overlooking the beautiful cathedral in Reims. The host was very communicative and took care of any issues we had very well. The flat is well appointed and bright, with character also.

The flat is on the top floor so I would be aware of that. There is no air conditioning - and the host did warn us about this several weeks in advance and suggested that that could be an issue given the heat wave. There were fans, but it was still very warm and thus a slightly uncomfortable sleep. I suggest a portable ac unit - heat waves are becoming the norm in Europe. There were some ants around the property although the host said they knew and had been treating for it. The shower tray is slippery when wet which is an odd choice of material.

This is a gorgeous apartment. Absolutely Instagram worthy. The photos don't do it justice. Key pick up was easy and location was perfect.

Unfortunately we were there during record breaking heat and there wasn't any air conditioner. It did cool down at night and the fans helped, but it was pretty uncomfortable in the afternoon and evening.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Loft at Les Berceaux de la Cathedrale in Reims. The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the historic center and just steps from excellent restaurants, with a beautiful view of the cathedral that made the experience feel truly special. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. It strikes that rare balance of feeling both stylish and genuinely comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and finishes that reflect the owners’ great taste. It really felt like a home rather than just a place to stay. What made the stay even better was the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive throughout—always helpful when needed, yet never intrusive. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Reims.

There are a couple of flights of stairs to access the apartment, which may be worth noting for some guests, though we had no problem at all.
