Spacious, well located and well equipped. Comfortable beds and fans for the rooms.

We arranged to meet a 4pm and waited outside the locked exterior door for 20 minutes in extreme heat expecting the contact would arrive to let us in. We tried to message and call the contact number but no response. There were NO instructions as how to contact the representatives. We got access by a courier and went up the stairs wondering where to go. The staff then appeared and abruptly asked where we were and wondered why we hadn’t come through the locked front door even though they knew we had no legitimate way of access. They were abrupt and unhelpful. They then told us the lift was broken and we had to carry our bags up. We said we were disappointed and their response was that “it wasn’t their problem”. We found out later that the lift works. We are over 70 and they were of little help.

The location is excellent

Fantastic location. Beautiful apartment. So comfortable and stylish. And our hosts were so helpful and accommodating.

There were no issues That concerned us.
