Le Clovis Suites Spa Sauna

Loved the location, the apartment, space and facilities including spa bath

We disliked nothing .. it was just a bit warm even with fans

We had a wonderful stay at Le Clovis Suites Spa Sauna in Reims. The jacuzzi and sauna were fantastic and made the stay feel really special. The host was extremely kind and helpful — when we wanted to play padel, he even made a call and arranged a booking for us. He also very kindly allowed me to charge my electric car overnight at the property, which was a huge help. Everything was comfortable, relaxing and very well looked after. A genuinely lovely host who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Location is perfect for exploring the old town. The design of the apartment is very beautiful. The apartment is spacious and located on the first floor. The restaurants are nearby. There was free parking on the street and the host also offered a parking place for 25€. There was small beautiful balcony to spend nice time in the evening. Induction stove, plenty of dishes and a tableware.

One door was without a handle and we didn’t notice that in the evening. My son slept there and in the morning he was not able to open the door. Nor could we. I managed to open it on my own but my wife was scared. I think the host didn’t pay enough attention to the property. There was a very beautiful shower but the handheld shower head was not usable because the button that turns it on didn’t work. The big shower head was not usable too because of too weak water pressure. Our bed was squeaky.
