About this apartment rental
At the forth floor of a building in the historical centre of Verbania Pallanza (with lift) there is the apartment Giuse. The furnishings are all brand new, the large and bright living room overlooking the lake has a lounge with satellite Tv, dining table for 4 people and a modern kitchen with all appliances. From there you reach a long balcony with lake view with table and chairs. The two bedrooms have twin beds that you can approach and a wardrobe: from one of these you go out on the balcony overlooking the lake and from the other you exit on a balcony overlooking the city. The bathroom has a shower. From the apartment in 100 metres you can reach the longlake of Pallanza with all its attraction and port to take boats to visit the Borromean islands which are just opposite. Beaches, pools and playgrounds are in 3-5 minutes walking. The parking place is a pass that permits clients to park in some places with blue lines in the city of Verbania. For pets an additional cost is required per week.

Initial impression was that main area of apt was smaller than in the pics, but still roomy enough for 4 adults - and view was great! Very clean, mattresses adequate, kitchen had all we needed, and within walking distance of stores, promenade, restaurants, etc. Elevator a plus for people with heavy luggage or mobility issues. We
would stay here again.

Das Objekt hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den See. Cafes und Restaurants alles um die Ecke. Zum Bummeln ist der Ort weniger geeignet. Morgens ist es ziemlich laut vor dem Objekt. Aber insgesamt wiegt die Lage es auf
