It was a very good stay and worth for the money. The owner is so friendly and helpful. By the great instructions given for contactless check in, I guess he might be a teacher/lecturer. The room was tidy with enough beds for five of us. The location is near to Aeon Tebrau and Lotus. It has enough facility for a night stay.
Limited utensils for cooking and the bathroom could use some improvement to make sure no injury might be occured due to standing water.

mostly its an exellent stay….strategic place…very information instruction by the host….
only one issue- the water in toilet not drain well… it stays in a place… take much time to drain…
