Location was good as it is walking distance to the shopping mall. No parking issue. House was cleaned nicely before we arrived. Kelvin has been great host to provide every detail on the check-in/out process. The refund of security deposit was quick. Many items are provided ie Washing machine, kettle, cooking utensils, refrigerator, air-cons etc..
if i really have to pick one, there is several foreign workers living in the same building as they are working in the restaurant and factories/shops nearby. Nevertheless they are polite and there is good security ie poxity card etc to go in/out of the building.

Gd location. Walking distance to Aeon tebrau, tesco, toppen and ikea.
Clear instructions for self check in. Wifi.
Parking not secure. Apartment had suspicious people asking us to buzz them in (we didn’t). Building itself run down although house is decent. Tv control didn’t work and another controller missing. So no tv for us. Kelvin insisted repeatedly it does work how to switch on. Still didn’t work.
